Indian smartphone maker Xolo has launched a slew of devices in the past
few months. The recent one to join the league is the Xolo A1000. Just
like the previously launched Xolo A700 and Xolo A800, the smartphone
packs in a 1GHz dual-core Mediatek MT6577 processor along with 1GB RAM.
Carrying the price tag of Rs. 13,990, this smartphone is directly
competing with the likes of Micromax Canvas A116 HD, Spice Stellar
Pinnacle Mi-530 and Karbonn S1 Titanium. So is this smartphone a good
challenger in this smartphone category? We find through this review.
Xolo A1000 smartphone was launched in March 2013. The phone comes with a 5.00-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels at a pixel density of 294 pixels per inch (ppi). Xolo A1000 is powered by a 1GHz dual-core MT 6577 processor. It comes with 1GB of RAM. The Xolo A1000 runs Android 4.1 and is powered by a 2100mAh removable battery.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the Xolo A1000 on the rear packs 8-megapixel camera. It sports a 1.2-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
Xolo A1000 based on Android 4.1 and packs 4GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 32GB). The Xolo A1000 is a single SIMsmartphone that accepts a Regular-SIM card.
Connectivity options on the Xolo A1000 include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v4.00, FM radio, and 3G. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and compass/ magnetometer.
As of 25th November 2020, Xolo A1000 price in India starts at Rs. 12,293.
