VU is giving tough time, no proper After sale support for TVs functioning. if you report a complaint they will ask you to pay visit charge, then waiting 3-4 days 1 guy will come..He will tell needs to order other spares ...it takes 3 -4 days follow-ups to get the cost. Then you make payment and wait for weeks to get the parts ..they don't keep basic components in cities, I am facing problems in Bangalore city. what will be the fate of village customers. We use many house hold equipment of many brands, never had a problem like this.

I buy a 43inch led 4k smart tv on 11 Jun 2020.with in 3month Display is gone.they spend 2 month for repair.after2 month they are giving my tv back after repair. After 4month I facing same issue.they need once again time for repair.i have 43'inch led 4k smart tv of vu but I using 21 inch box type from last month because they need time f or repair.this is my prasonal experience with VU LED 4K SMART tv.that for I giving 2*

My TV is only 1 month older but now horizontal lines are seen on the screen. At first it was small dots, now it is full of horizontal lines. As per the warranty technician information it was due to external damage by holding the roduct tightly. My doubt is whether the product build quality is that much poor that by holding the TV will the panel get damaged. Now they are asking me to pay Rs.22000 for replacing the panel I thought of recommending the product to my friends, but now i will not do this. The serial number of the TV is 43dk23b24199

Hello viewers Pls do not buy Vu TV bcoz if you have an issue than there is no proper reply and no good service from CC. Big mistake to buy Vu TV

Purchased on 25999 rs. Picure quality is really great.. Why to give double price for sony , samsung and lg. Offcourse there is some minor difference in quality and durability but giving more money for these minor difference does not justified..

Definitely go for it.. Awesome product... Bought this in a very high price when the product is not available in the amazon and was available with the different seller of amazon.Love the product but if I wait for a month I can buy the 55inch variant of vu... Best tv I've seen in this price segment

This is not good cloudtail, it was Rs 34000 value product. Now you overpriced it.Please bring it to original price I want to purchase another one. It's a great product.

Firstly thank you Amazon for restocking VU after months.Really liked the whole packaging and product.Build quality is excellent with bezelless design.It comes with wall mount and it's easy to install on our own.Boot time is decent compared to other android TV's.Setup is quick and easy from a android phone.Picture quality is excellent and I would say on par with Sony 4k TV.Sound is really loud and clear with good bass. Sound is not really required unless we like to immerse our self with Atmos effect.Remote ergonomics and functionality is superb. Dedicated keys for apps is a boon.I really liked the standby option in TV which is convenient for quick switch on.SD channels also appear good due to upscaling technology.Cons:Black's are sometimes not pure black.

Almost a 1 month brought this TV, Everything is good smooth and silky . Picture quality is top notch and sound is also pretty decent. As i was facing some dispaly problems and have raised same in the review they responded by seeing my review in Amazon, I am really happy they are seeing our review and providing the resolution hatoff to VU TV management. I am opting for the extended warranty from VU tv and happy share this to all the buyer☺️

�I ordered the 65 inches model on the day it was launched for 48k nd Amazon delivered it the very next day, so hats off to Amazon for managing the fast delivery with the current Covid-19 situation.Coming to the tv, I have an LG Nano cell SM8100 55 inch model as well which costs approximately 70k,but this TV gives almost the same performance level if not more at half the price. You really have to see the quality to believe and I honestly hadn't expected it considering the pricing. The picture quality from the huge 65 inches panel is outstanding and difficult to match unless you purchase a TV worth more than 1 lac. I have attached some pics nd a video to show the picture quality but please do remember that these pics would be compressed to be displayed here so the actual quality will be much better in reality.The only Con that I have faced as if now is that I'm not very happy with the sound quality of the tv. I have plugged in my MI soundbar and Logitech speakers to this via Bluetooth nd now my house feels like a proper mini theatre. One reason for this might be that the speakers might require some more time to break in and perform at their optimal level.Will update my review after a couple of months of use :)

It is the best and cheapest smart android tv than other companies

Writing review after 3 days of usage. Well I am using LG Smart TV in my living room and wanted to buy TV for my one of the rooms. Since I use OTT only, Android TV made more sense. I wanted to buy budget TV. Never opted for Chinese Brands for personal reasons. Decided to buy VU Ultra 43 inches. I had purchased from Cloudtail next to launch date, 2020 model, at 26K which was good deal. Delivery was prompt, within 48 hours. I decided to install by local electrician known to us, as never wanted to allow unknown electrician to enter premises during Covid era. Videotape all installation. Installation process is quote simple.Looks: It is absolute bezel less and looks good in room.Picture Quality: Colours are quite vivid. Blacks are good. 4K movies look really great. Still find LG works better than VU for 4K as find it more natural. However paying double prices does not make sense. HD conent is better than LG, may be due to 4K enhancer. Doloby vision is good, though find LG HDR better.Sound quality is good.Read somewhere issues in connecting with Prime Video, but this model works well.Internet connectivity is fast. Both 2.4 and 5G are seamless. I struggle with LG at times as it does not connect automatically many a times. Blue tooth works well.Remote is handy, cute and impressive.TV is quite responsive when you operate, quite fluidOverall find it good deal. Will write review after few more months. Review after 3+ days of usage as I ordered this TV the day it was launched:Totally worth the price in my opinion right from the picture quality to build quality and delivery experience from Amazon.Pros:1. Picture quality is simply superb. Watching 4k videos is a visual treat. (In no way feels like a budget tv in terms of display specially when I've been using a Sony LED tv and a Samsung OLED display for a couple of years now)2. Build quality and the premium feel in this price segment.3. Bezel less design4. Comes with a stand, wall mount and a free installation service.5. User Interface is friendly. Stock Android experience with no to minimal lag.6. Bonus point: Indo-American company headed by an Indian. Be Indian buy Indian and support Indians. Although all the electronic components/ parts may not be produced by one company or country.Cons:1. Bass could have been better, though there are limitations when its built so sleek.Of course, you may connect it to external speakers.Above con maybe limited to 43 inch model which comes with 24 watt speakers.

Purchased the VU 55UT tv on launch day 10th June, and it came on 12th June and installed on 13 June. After Installation played the movies from Amazon Prime and YouTube those really looks fine. But while watching the TV other than HD channels picture is not that good. And also getting the backlight or Line on TV while changing the Channel ,not sure is this the defect or General thing on all 4K LED TV's . Raised the same concern with Amazon they said it is ok. Also the model on TV is also not showing what they mentioned on TV box, it is showing HiSmart4k TV. Except the above everything is fine. Asked the D3mo for VU company and it is not yet done. Once it is done I came to know that line on TV is common or it is an Issue. Have another 5 days to replace or return the TV. Let's see how VU company will react on my complaint based on that I will decide.After 2 Weeks -- VU Replaced my TV , And they gave one more Year Extra warranty with free of cost.Good customer service.

Initial impression is superb picture clarity and above average sound. Overall a good product from an Indian manufacturer with a decent price.

Everything is good,but build quality could be way better।build quality wise mi tv far better। there is gap between side panel and screen। Remote in Vu Tv have been of better quality

Very nice and beautiful 4K TV for this price. Google voice remote option is good, Google Play Store support also very nice feature. Screen mirroring, Bluetooth working fine. 4K quality awsome.😍😍😍It is helpful if the remote back side gives keyboard.
