Voltas customer care service is very worst. My complaint was raised on 16th Oct 2022 for replacement of the compressor, its 1.5 ton split AC. Almost 3 months crossed still the problem in not rectified yet, while logging the complaint they have promised that the compressor would replace in 10 days. I have called the customer care call center on daily to get the request update status.. call executives don?t know or have the case or complaint history of the case. Just reading the problem description, not maintaining complaint update history its very disappointing. Not happy with Voltas customer care service, No call backup, No status update of the customer complaints, No email response from concern teams. WARRANTY and GUARANTEE just a name sake, hearing that Voltas Sales counts are decreasing. in my lifetime never ever experienced such a worst service.

Worst Air conditioner , no after sale service , the product is not liable , never buy Voltas AC , I am facing new. Problems everyday sometimes swing function stop, sometimes colling sometimes some wierd error pop ups I am now frustrated with this product.

My voltas AC spoiled within three months. After company verification of their product, they said one product in AC spoiled, came to me with spoiled product. They will replace that particular item in AC. I suggest Indian government to ban Voltas AC permanently in our country.

Terrible Service Experience. They have the worst and the most unskilled technicians who don't know what needs to be done to solve the issue. In my case, I lodged a complaint regarding my AC. The technician who arrived was not able to properly identify the issue. Another technician was assigned, and he closed the complaint himself tho he didn't even visited my place. After multiple complaints and calls yesterday, a technician arrived and he didn't solved the problem, he created more. My AC was doing more cooling before. I don't know what he did to make it worse. Even after escalation of complaint, the issue remains unsolved.

Worst After sales service provided by Voltas. Split AC not installed after 4 days

I am trying from last 3 months ,there is no solution of my problem.The customer care of zirkhpur(punjab)doesn't pick the call and end the call we complaint at least 60 times.They doesn't give any type of good answer.We buy this AC in August 2022 and this is in gurrante.

My first full AC service was done in Nov 2022, technician Balvinder Bagga came for the service and asked me to test the AC which I couldn't do as it was winter season. I started to use the AC this year again in May and came to know that there is a leaqueage issue. I called the call centre and told them the issue and I was asked to pay for visi. What a rip off company I'll get it fixed from a local technician but wil not pay a single penny to you guys. Will never repurchase this companies AC again

Spent thousands on buying voltas ac .. The service providers are the worst I have ever seen. Now suffering for buying voltas.. This summer alone I booked for service .. they charged gas filling charges for one ac saying other is fine. Next month the other ac had leakage of water problem, they charged again 3500 for gas filling .. On top of that within 2 days the ac which I got gas filled last month is out of gas .. so they say some part is damaged so .. already I paid 7000 for gas and 3 visiting charges 1800.. and again I need to pay visiting charges and for god knows what part is damaged now.is there really a problem in the ac or simply they come up with Some stories ...both ac were working smoothly.. just for getting service done they come and say this is gone that is gone.. if I call the customer care they and ask within in 1month y should I pay again visiting charges .. to avoid unnecessary damages only we get ac service done every year.. they simply cut the call giving rude answers.. why is voltas not bothered about their service providers work?

Every time service center is asking to wait 3 more days, repetitive bluff. A big set back for people like me who are big promoters for Indian products. I had one Haier ac, Chinese AC. And that was working fine for 11 years and I replaced that just because of age. That ac is still being used by my relative. But this Voltas AC compressor is breakdown in its 3rd year. I can consider the failure of compressor as an by chance event, but not providing the service is main reason for my dejection from tata products. I am compiling the list of all tata products which I am using in my daily life and looking for alternatives for them.

I bought 5 star inverter AC of 1.5 tone voltage in 2019 but in these 4 years I didn't use it even for a month. Every year some or the other problem comes in this A. voltage AC is very worst product and don't buy this product

AC stopped working in 15 days. 10 days later, a technician changed a part. It worked for 15 mins before it conked off again. Service centre guy doesn?t answer my calls. Call centre says some other part needs to be replaced. Feel very disappointed and frustrated.

My name ravi kiran.fom nellore.i purchase Voltas air condition. Bajaj electronics 24/8/2022. Problems started.f9 error. Water leakage. Compressor starting slowly taken 2 to3 hours. I am contact the Voltas customer care. So many times. But no response. Also local franchise same problem call not lifting. East or West Voltas is the worst. Money waste 😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

They are unprofessional and untrained. The thief of India market. I raise a complaint against my ac compressor and they Canceled it many time. The reason of cancellation is my issue Fix over the phone. Can you believe this my ac cooling issue Was fix over the phone. I am facing this issue last 30 day my ac Is q year 1 one old. I request never buy a voltas product.

Least qualified technicians visited on ac working issues- they cited some issue- charged exorbitantly- issue didn?t get rectified- they pointed compressors problem and promised replacement in 10 days- it never got replaced- they cited non availability of spare parts? What is the definition of warranty then ? great voltas. I regret my decision of buying this pathetic product

Hi, i have recently purchased 1.5Ton 2 Window Ac a month ago and i am highly dissatisfied with the AC.The room is not getting cool and its working like a cooler. After regularly complains to the customer care they visit make a video record the temperature and go on a regular basis and continuously harrassing situation.The technician asked how many people sleeps ,seats in a room etc which i think is irrelevant.I would suggest VOLTAS to prepare a questionaire of following questions like:- 1)Room square feet 2)No.of wardrobes 3)Whether the wardrobe is of Steel or wood 4)How many people in a room 5)What is the room temperature before purchasing the ac etc If a customer pass in the form he is eligible to purchase Voltas ac otherwise not as VOLTAS is such a REPUTED BRAND its needs something special and new technology as every customer can afford VOLTAS AC . The voltas Ac can be only afforded by a technical person who have knowledge about GRID TEMPERATURE N ROOM TEMPERATURE AND WHO HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR SUCH AC. At regular homes no one keep room thermometer for measuring temperature every day before and after biying Ac.How can VOLTAS company expects that,that to in India. They make you understand that COOLER IS BETTER THAN VOLTAS AC AND YOUR 50000 RS AND TIME IS PURELY WASTED. Dont buy any product of tata grp. I complained 3 times in a month for not cooling than also there is no solutions buy company. Don't go for vocal-local. It's a 3rd class AC products

If you are buying voltas ac for its quality and features then let me warn you that if u face any problem with the ac, the company will not provide u service asap , they will take time as long as they can take, n u will regret buying it.their service is horrible. Won't recommend to buy anything from this company

I have purchased a Voltas split AC for my workplace. I have everything fitted already like the wire stabilizer and every single thing that needs to be there for an AC installation. But the service guy came to install the ac said that I have to purchase the new wiring ang stabilizer as well from them. Wire cost he told me 320/ feet or meter i don't remember but he told me wiring would cost around 4000 and in total he said the fitting would cost me around 7500. I did not have an option to install the ax from a local electrician because till the time Voltas engineer does not scan the code on the product. It won't be working. This is how I have been told by that service guy from Voltas. DO NOT BUY VOLTAS ACs. I have returned that AC to that store and bought a new AC from Hitachi. Working good on my existing setup. THEY ARE NOT TATA PRODUCT. #CHOR

I purchased voltas inverter Ac in March but within 3 month my Ac cooling call is damaged i don't know what type of product voltas make that within 3 month the item is se defective and after 15 days of complaint company not replace my ac....i would like to say that please don't purchase any Voltas product otherwise you will suffer a big loss and also waste your time. Never buy any Voltas product because the company doesnot take any responsibility of the after sales service incase of repairs or any other work. They are least interested in helping out the customers. I had to co-ordinate with people incharge of Kandivali West area and they are rude and unco-operative to say the least.

Voltas is expensive product however worst quality when it comes to use after 3 years.Other product are far better. Don't buy this product it will be burden after 2 to 3 years.
