Vivo S7t smartphone was launched on 4th February 2020. The phone comes with a 6.44-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels at a pixel density of 408 pixels per inch (ppi) and an aspect ratio of 20:9. Vivo S7t is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 820 processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM. The Vivo S7t runs Android 11 and is powered by a 4000mAh battery. The Vivo S7t supports proprietary fast charging.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo S7t on the rear packs a 64-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.89 aperture; a second 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture, and a third 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. On the front, the Vivo S7t packs a 44-megapixel primary camera with an f/2.0 aperture and a second 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.28 aperture.

The Vivo S7t measures 158.80 x 74.20 x 7.39mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 167.50 grams. It was launched in Black and Monet Diffuse colours.
Connectivity options on the Vivo S7t include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.10, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor. The Vivo S7t supports face unlock.
