Just a few years back, not everyone had a mobile phone. When mobile phones made a debut across the country, their usage was restricted. They were expensive and not everyone could afford them. Gradually companies included different languages in the phone and all those who struggled with the interface, had the option to send texts, save contacts, dial numbers in a language they understood and were comfortable in.
