Nice products

I quite liked this refrigerator for its compatibility to what I was looking for. It's small and gets cold enough to take care of your stuff kept in. It is not at heavy as well. Would suit a single person or a couple. The product was delivered extremely quick and on time. Overall, quite happy with this product and Flipkart's delivery.

Excellent product for small space?

I am using this product for three months now and I must say its good for small families or bachelors. The cooling is good and the advantage is it has a light which a small refrigerator mainly lacks. I found the deep freezer very small and it gets frosted easily we have to defrost refrigerator too soon. Otherwise product is good!!! Great at this cost!!!

The product is good if you don't use fridge widely and if you have less space. Ice formation is very fast due to which need to normalize temperature ever now and then.

Delivered dead refrigerator. More than a week now, and after 5 calls with flipkart, they are still 'looking into the problem'. There is neither a technician, nor a serious attempt to repair or replace the faulty one.

HI i dint get my refund yet

It creates loud sound. When I call about it to the shop. They told a technician will come and check. But no one came. Not very cold also.

No problem since one year, but shipped product has no leg on one corner

Received a defective product which was I did not accept and still the status was updated as delivered. It's been 20 days now, still haven't received this fridge. Seller is a cheat and Flipkart takes a commission and allows the seller to cheat. Also, please note, there is no warranty for Videocon products bought online. So Flipkart is showing fake warranty details for this product

door damaged

It's wont work properly. They are telling 5 years warranty but they are charging the amount if any issues come.
