i have bought this fridge in the great electronics sale @ 7990. i tried buying the kelvinator because the quality of the components looked better. but, unfortunately, it was not available at my location. same was with the kenstar fridge too. the delivery was good. got delayed because of the reasons that were beyond the control of amazon. the package was good except that there was a very small dent on the door. i have contacted amazon regarding this and got return approved. But, I have negotiated for a small amount in terms of giftcard.the refrigerator however was good to look at. the internal components are a bit flimsy. cannot complain for the price i have got it for. though it is mentioned as 2 star, in reality it is 3 star. the rating too is based on the latest rating standard. the storage space is good. a family of 2 can make good use of it. having said that, it is not as big as expected. when you load it with all the vegetables, it does feel crowded. the cooling is very good. it is not as uniform as expected. it varies greatly by the space you leave inside. when the fridge is full, you need to increase the setting or else, the things in the door wont cool properly and vice versa. the cooling is quick enough. as of now, i have not been able to find any fault with the cooling. it is good and delivers what is expected of the price and make.the size of the fridge is not too big. this means that you have to bend down to reach the vegetable tray. so, consider buying a stand if you dont like it.the freezer is alright and nothing to mention specially about. the cooling is a bit less than expected and comes with the same problem of every direct cooling fridge, the ice! i have been using it for about 10 days and the freezer is not filled with ice yet. the formation is acceptable and should be defrosted every once in a while. the freezer door is flimsy and needs to be careful when the ice inside is high. chance are that you may break the door sometimes.the noise on the other hand is very low. i hope that it stays the same way for the rest of its life. it only bothers you when your surroundings are super silent.i cannot comment on the power bill as it is too early to comment.overall, the product is a very good buy, there are very few options at this range from good companies. the power rating is good. the smaller fridges cost just as much and have very small space inside. if you need a fridge in this range, check one from kenstar and kelvinator. avoid the ones from gem and haier.

Damaged product received and cooling was not happening,post calling Videocon care a guy came and fixed it,now it seems to work fine.

When opened this product, the glass plate above the fruits & vegetable basket was completely broken.Otherwise the product is good to use.

Got a fault refrigerator with legs. It is not standing balanced on four legs.

Good for small family but freezer water problem

When switched off for 4-5 hrs water starts coming out of the fridge. The deep freezer area is very narrow.
