Jio vs Airtel: Prepaid and Postpaid Plans With More Than 2GB Data Per Day

Except Jio and Airtel, no major operator offers plans with more than 2GB data per day

Highlights

  • Reliance Jio has a prepaid pack with 3GB 4G per day priced at Rs. 799
  • Jio also has a postpaid plan with 3GB 4G per day priced at Rs. 799
  • Airtel offers two packs with more than 2GB 4G per day

Jio has been dictating market terms since it launched operations, first keeping the services free and charging nominally for data. In fact, Jio introduced the concept of daily data allocation with prepaid and postpaid packs, something all other operators were quick to follow. However, these daily data plans by Jio, Airtel and the likes are mostly concentrated at users who want 1GB or 2GB data per day, but only a few such plans cater to the requirements of subscribers needing more data than that. We take a look at the prepaid and postpaid plans giving consumers more than 2GB data per day, and are taking into consideration packs that have a daily consumption limit. Take a look:
