physically fine & software glitch

The phone was packaged nicely and phone was in excellent condition. Phone was GSM unlocked which made it very easy to set my service up on it (MetroPCS). The phone is physically fine. It has a software glitch. The screen freezes and might not work for a hour or 2 and starts working.

Time will tell but as of now I have no concerns, 90 day warranty makes me feel alot better as well.I had this phone for about two months now. I have not had any problems whatsoever. The phone has been working as far as I know like new no glitches with any programs, apps or software. It was nearly in mint condition when I received it as well.
