Dell Venue 8 is powered by a 2GHz dual-core Intel Atom processor. It comes with 2GB of RAM. The Dell Venue 8 runs Android 4.2 and is powered by a 4100mAh non-removable battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Dell Venue 8 on the rear packs 5-megapixel camera. It sports a 2-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

Dell Venue 8 is based on Android 4.2 and packs 16GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 32GB). The Dell Venue 8 is a single SIM (GSM) tablet that accepts a Micro-SIM card. The Dell Venue 8 measures 130.00 x 212.00 x 9.80mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 292.00 grams.

Connectivity options on the Dell Venue 8 include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, and 3G. Sensors on the tablet include accelerometer, proximity sensor, and compass/ magnetometer.
