The company started off in the video game console business, back in the days when video games used to ship in cartridges. Mitashi was one of the biggest players in India's video game market. The company has recently launched Android-based handheld gaming consoles. Mitashi's latest mobile launch is the Sky Tab 2. The tablet was launched in September 2014. The tablet comes with a 7.00-inch display with a resolution of 600 pixels by 1024 pixels.

The Mitashi Sky Tab 2 is powered by 1GHz dual-core it comes with 1GB of RAM. The tablet packs 8GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Mitashi Sky Tab 2 packs a 2-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 0.3-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Mitashi Sky Tab 2 runs Android 4.2 and is powered by a 3300mAh non removable battery.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
