I ordered this TV on September 6, 2016. I am very happy with this TV. I have to say that seller went above and beyond to make sure that the TV was packaged for a safe delivery. The TV is just as described in the listing and the sound is awesome!

Just the right size. Ideal small screen which gives pictures without distortion that is a problem with small rectangular screens.

Pros :Excellent TV, both picture and sound quality is unmatched by any cheap brands/Chinese rip offs, in fact its sounds quality is so good that I no longer need to buy music system for my living room. Sound quality out of USB is just superb, provided that MP3 file has higher bit rate. This is a pretty expensive TV, given that there are brands which are offering 32" TV at much lesser cost than this one, but to be honest its worth of every single rupee.Cons :Very limited video formats are supported when tried to play video out of USB stick, you should check out Sony's official page which details about all the supported video formats that one can play through USB stick.

You can always buy a Sony product without any doubt. I had already a 40'' TV at home so I decided to buy other brand this time but when I compared the Sound & Picture from brands like Samsung & LG, Sony stands way ahead of them. If anyone is planning to buy 32" TV, I'll suggest them to go for 29" (it looks fab even from a 12ft distance) instead of 32" because there is a minimal difference between both which can be ignored and for that you can save about 4K.

Excellent picture quality, maybe other manufacturers offer 32" in same price but the quality of display is a lot better for Sony. Sound is very crystal clear and loud enough. FM radio adds value. Can play 1080p videos with Chromecast.However on the downside, there is only one USB port.

Delivery was on Schedule.Installation done as per the time given, by a local sony dealer. He did the wall mounting. Now Coming to the Tv ,the colours are Crisp and bright. We can play all types of Format from the USB. The remote is a typical Sony Remote. All in one a good package. Offline price is around 24k. Thanks Flipkart for giving me a good deal
