Worst Phone with extremely pathetic and rude behavior of Samsung service & customer care. A big NO for Samsung product

I bought the Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro phone in April 2018. In just 5 months some black patches appeared on its screen and the phone couldn't be used due to such a severe issue with its display.
After visiting Samsung service center, they simply denied it to repair despite being in warranty period (1 year). They told that they don't cover it under warranty as it comes under impact damage and it would be chargeable. I showed them that the phone is new and fully intact without any physical and liquid damage. But they told very rudely that they wouldn't entertain this even if it's under warranty period and if you want to get this issue fixed you must pay full amount. I also contacted Samsung customer care team in order to escalate the issue, first they started buying time by saying that they would escalate and resolve the issue but they also told with blind eyes that it would be chargeable even if it's under warranty period.
I must say that never buy this product as firstly this will always trouble you and Samsung service team will come up with excuses (like impact damage, cosmetic damage) in order to avoid the warranty even if there is no fault of yours.
I learnt a lesson that I would never buy any Samsung product in future because of poor quality of product and such a pathetic service of Samsung service & customer care team.
