Mind blowing

Excellent choice for 49" Full HD TV. This TV has everything it advertises for. Excellent picture quality, 40W sound, Good refresh rate, whatever you asked for. I have been using it for 1 week now and experience is excellent.Only thing if I were to look for more in this TV was number of USB ports/ HDMI ports. It has only 1 USB and 2 HDMI while there is another model which has more, but that model does not have some of the better specs this models has (e.g. 40W sound etc.) Not sure why Samsung chose to do that!Amazon delivery is super. They promised delviery in 3 days. They said anytime between 9 am - 9 pm. They actually delivered around 10 am itself. Samsung installation service was responsive. They came within an hour on a Sunday and installed the TV.Couple of things to remember at the time of installation that may be worth sharing:- My old HDMI cable did not work with this TV. It seems that this TV works with new 14-pin 4K HDMI wise against 12-pin 2K HDMI earlier. Fortunately Samsung installation guy had it and I could purchase it from him.- For content coming from HDMI, we had to go to Expert setting and change the Sound setting before receiving proper sound output.

This is really very nice product .

TV was just awesome.Sound quality and picture clarity is really good. Highly recommending this TV.

Resulation is not prefect...

It have been only 20 month and got the black screen problem.Now have to pay 20000₹ for the replacement of LED panel. Though Display and Sound is working.Customer service is worst (want to loot you).Instead buy MI Chinese product. Atleast the in this cost i can buy 2 same size TV.

30 blackout 🙄🙄🙄 with in 24 days of purchase . Waste of money

Pathetic customer service and empathy from Samsung. The Ultra HD 49" TV conked off just after warranty with absolutely no ownership and service offering. The display starts the symptom with a thick black line after 2 years and it covers the full screen in about 2-3 months. It costs Rs.20000 to fix just the display. Joins a long list of dubious product firms with unethical marketing backed with zero product truth.
