Good product...............long lasting...nice quality, bad smell comes sometimes but it's okay. I like it. I gifted it to my friends, office staff. They were also very happy. Now we all are drinking cold water.

The refrigerator is not good. Also I got a defective product from the seller. The door was not shutting correctly and we ignored the problem. Unfortunately, we realised that it is an issue, when we scheduled a technician service. The freezing also is not happening properly. Water always leaves out of the fridge, even though we don't use the defrost button. Not recommended - The fridge as well as the seller.

Samsung service is really bad.Always there is a gas leak after every two years.Troublesome products and service is not at par in rural areas,service people takes their own sweet time to come home and address the issue.Not worth using samsung products.It is difficult for elderly people to use smasung products as the service is almost unavailable
