The bottom end of the smartphone market is crammed with models and variants of them, in many cases with only very minor differences between them just in order to cater to people with limited budgets and specific requirements. A case in point is Xiaomi, which has launched well over a dozen options priced below Rs. 15,000 so far this year. No matter whether you prioritise CPU power, RAM and storage, camera features, or battery life, Xiaomi wants to put enough options in front of buyers that they won't even have to look at what the competition has to offer. Redmi Note 8 Summary

Redmi Note 8 smartphone was launched on 29th August 2019. The phone comes with a 6.30-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080x2280 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.

Redmi Note 8 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor. It comes with 3GB of RAM.

The Redmi Note 8 runs Android 9 Pie and is powered by a 4000mAh non-removable battery. The Redmi Note 8 supports proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Redmi Note 8 on the rear packs a 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.79 aperture; a second 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture; a third 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture and a fourth 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 13-megapixel camera on the front for selfies, with an f/2.0 aperture.

The Redmi Note 8 runs MIUI 10 based on Android 9 Pie and packs 32GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 512GB) with a dedicated slot. The Redmi Note 8 is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards.

Connectivity options on the Redmi Note 8 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India) with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The Redmi Note 8 supports face unlock.

I bought this product on 04 Nov 19, actually I was confused to buy a budget smartphone who fullfill my basic requirements and for this I were roaming In my local market, tomorrow I visited mi shop and make a plan to buy mi A3 but after check its specifications luckily I bought Redmi note 8 that was arrived same time and was only one piece. After some time of use this is really a nice product Fm xaomi. Display is really nice battery backup also good,average camera, Processor is good....overall a good phone in this price segment. Fm my opinions more investment in high range smartphones is not a god thing.u May go fr it...... Have a great day ahead.

I gave 4 star because the processor of this mobile is not good. At least they have to use SD 675 processor which is previously used in note 7 pro. But for everyone I recommend Note 8 pro for better performance newly released battle Giant processor of Mali G90T

  i ihink it still is updrage over redmi note 7. has better processor. its a new processor. its gpu is only 5 percent slower and cpu about 10 percent than 675. my note 8 score 170000 in antutu compared to 180000 that others get in note 7 pro.and it has better efficiency than 660 too. and 10000 for 4/64 is really great pricing
