The TV was delivered within two days of order placement and the service engineer came the very next day for the installation. So in short awesome service by Flipkart. This television can be called the best in its price range. It has a nice refresh rate of 240Hz and the picture quality is decent. I will call the Three years on site warranty its biggest selling point. Cheers

No complaints regarding product. But, installation person asked Rs 600/- instead of free installation. This type of behavior is unfortunate. Flipkart team should take care about this.

It is quite a steal to get this product for such a low price. The main part, the HD streaming is pretty good. Supports many file types except for .mkv Sound quality is okay, not so great, but you can get a good external speaker for cheap these days The navigation will get a but getting used to, but it is a smooth ride after that.

It's a very good product for 27k. All features seema to be as what offered. Regarding sound..needs an additional speaker system to get good sound effects. It's best TV in it's class in terms of Refresh ratio. Good ta have 2 USB and 4 HDMI ports. Studied lots of things before buying and now happy to have this in my drawing room.

I received this product with in 2 days of placing the order on flipkart. I liked the prompt delivery.Philips rep. visited as per the schedule intimated by flipkart and installed the TV. Installation and demo was at free of cost as promised by flipkart. Picture is good and the sound is very clear at min. level.

Got this at 27600 .... Have used it for 2 months.. No issues so far. Flipkart delivery was on time, good packing and installation was free. Picture Quality - Good Sound - ok (Could have been better) Light weight and build quality is good At this Price a very good Package

I bought it in 29900. Best Part is has good no ports..one year passed no problems. Display is good., sound is good..bezel and stand looks very attractive..

Purchased this TV in April 2016.. after 1 year my opinion about the product is - If your requirement is big size TV with Best visual quality in budget.. go for it. Totally fulfills this two Basic and most imp requirements in budget.

Found led panel broken returned ,now awaiting for refund. Flipkart return policy is good.Three stars only for flipkart service.

Clarity is not good as expected. Installation person is in so much hurry and didn't setup the TV properly. This person is not fit for the job which he is doing

I purchased this TV and i had return due to the poor video quality... If you are new to the HD TV then you may not realize the difference but if you already known the HD experience then this TV will be a big disappointment for you.

I have purchased this product on 24th March . The product got delivered in 3 days as committed. Now with regard to this product, this LED doesnt support 1080i @ 60 Hz , though a description that it supports is mentioned in booklet provided with Philips. Also Philips is being manufactured by Videocon in India. I returned this product as 30 days replacement warranty being offered by Flipkart and the money has been credited into my account. If someone is looking for a basic LED with good options better go for Videocon rather than Philips bcoz Philips is being manufactured by Videocon in India. The Customer Care Support of Philips is not that much handy if you want after sales support. Videocon is offering a Warranty of 3 yrs as well . Worst LED , worst Brand , will never purchase any Philips LED in future.

Vary poor experience of this product

Good but not so much

This is the 3rd large appliance item I purchased on Flipkart and the installation process + service has been very painful. I must say that the term of not being able to open the product and depending on Flipkart arraniging this is very tedious. I got the delivery on 6th November, the installation was suppose to happen by 14th November. I called the engineer saying when you are coming for installation to which he said by 12th evening or 13th morning. I was ok with that, but no one turned up and finally I called around evening to the engineer for arranging a new date. This time he starts talking in Kanada and I got the impression that he was not coming. On 14th November I get a message saying installation has been cancelled, when I called Flipkart they told me the engineer said that no one was at home. I asked my security guard who confirmed no one has come to see me. the Engineer never called to say he was at my house for installation or to re-schedule it. then I get pacified by Flipkart saying they will complete it by 15th and a call will be arranged before they come in. Again no one came to the house or calls me, so finally I have given up and asked for a full refund. This is a similar experience I have had with the installation for Refrigerator and the Washing Machine!

Plz don't buy a Tv from Flipkart. Received a brand new Tv with broken screen. Although I returned it and got refund but It was worst experience and waste of my time m energy.
