Excellent picture and sound... Decent viewing angle.. Value for money... But some serious software issues... It only support 16:9 or 4:3 format videos.. Doesn't support wide screen movie format... When playing wide screen format it automatically switched to 16:9 format... It is a major issue for me... And some functions mentioned in user manual is missed in tv set.. eg: sound balance control, main speaker on/off control..

Service are not good. No instruction

This TV stopped working within 3 months of purchase and now since the last 3 months the service center is saying the motherboard is not available. My experience with this Philips TV has been a nightmare and it is still not working. All within warranty and yet such atrocious service. I would not recommend anyone going in to by a Philips LED or any other TV.
