Its the best piece but I bought it from #vijay_ sales and got it for 37000 flipkart is a waste totally waste of money

I want to Panasonic KC18RKY1 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split AC(White) but it is not availeble in our location please help how to perches this product ,

The A/C works well and looks good. Installation was arranged in a day. Cons: Swing functionality is not good. Swings only for 30 degrees. Aluminium compressor. Price in flipkart keeps fluctuating. I bought for 35k but price dropped to 33k in a day. I don't like prices fluctuating so much in flipkart.

After shabby installation, the ac wasn't working. On my insisting to know the problem, i was told that the is not there and someone from service centre would come and fill it. That person was cool to say that "HOTA HAI KABHI KABHI". Next day after unlimited calls, a technician came and filled it...since past 2 days ac seems to be working...but somehow having fear...lets hope it works ok....

please don't buy ac on flipkart if u buy ac in summer season the installation happen in winter season. or u have to fallow up with flipkart almost 8 to 10 time and thay continually say that " sir installation done in next 24 hr" "sorry for inconvenience" . so i request u to please don't buy a ac on flipkart.

Hii.. Had bought dis product 2 or 3yrs back now its not working since 6 months back because the compressor fan don't know how got broke within. Since 6 months i m trying hard to fix the problem have search all over but the fan is not available anywhere. Had talked to the customer service of the panasonic they were too not helpfull haven't took the matter seriously. Would never recommend this brand to other.

Not satisfied with the product. Outdoor Unit having aluminium condenser..it should be copper condenser...

Always used to get the message 'This item not available in selected location'. Please include the location where this item is available. Disgusting to see this message. Providing the seller name and location will be useful to user to choose another possible location.

I ordered the product depending upon the stellar reputation of flipkart in customer service and delivering promises. But I feel badly let down. They promised me Pipe Extension - Chargeless Pipe Length: 7.5 m on their site but at the time of installation I was charged for the length of the pipe beyond 3 metres. I paid when they said that the amount will be refunded by Flipkart. But on claiming the amount they are refusing to pay citing the bizzare reason that "since it is given under 'additional features' you won't get any refund." This has shaken my belief in Flipkart and m not sure if I will ever buy from them again.

The coil is of Aluminium and got damaged just after 2 years of use. Very poor product.

Interest to purchase Panasonic 1.5 ton 5 star ac,but disappointed that this product us not available for this pincode.
