this mobile is awesome, whatever features company is providing in this mobile is more feasible than any other mobile available in India. no one can compare with this. its really great combination of mobile and entertainment in one set. any one can accept the challenge and show me any great mobile than this at present.

pros: 1)Great screen with vivid colors and sunlight legibility. 2)3GB RAM combined with snapdragon 800 pro processor 3)5MP front facing camera for selfie lovers. cons: 1)Don't know about customer service in India and how good it will be.

hello, i am using one plus 3 from last one month. On 1st september in the morning it automatically switched off. there after i am continuously contacting to your support team but they are not responding properly. they are just saying that we will call you. In the evening of 1st september they said that we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. so i called them today at 4pm dated 3 september and the lady who picked phone said that their team will call before 8 pm today. but i didn't receive any call, so i again called to customer care and had chat with Mr. Nitesh and he after putting my call on long hold said sorry we can not help you today one plus team will call tommorow and when i said to transfer my call to senior executive he denied. i didn't expect this kind of rude behaviour from one plus team. my phone is continuously off from last 3 days and one plus team is not ready to support. i regret that i bought one plus phone.

I am sharing my experience of OnePlus One (OPO) which I am using since November 2014. I have updated my CyanogenMod to 11.0-XNPH44S. Pros: Good screen resolution and brightness. I have left my phone on automatic brightness and never got trouble in seeing my screen even in sun light. Touches are smooth and no ghost touches as said in some reviews. Good build quality. The sandstone black finish feels premium and gives a comfortable grip. Performance is quite good, never felt lag or hangs or app crashes till date. No heating problem. Good battery life. Lasts a day for me with all day 3G activated and wifi at home. I mostly use internet on my phone only. Few races on Asphalt 8 daily and few hands on teen patti. Good day light camera. The images are very vibrant in day light and also have good infinity focus. My friend has Mi3 and day light images are better in OPO. Loud in-call volume. I never used my phone with full volume. If the volume is full I can hear the other person even if my phone is at a distance from my ear. Cons: Available via Invite only No dual sim Poor night camera. Photos in night are not at all premium. Lack of service center in India No idea of CyanogenMod support due to Micromax - CyanogenMod deal.

1) Battery is average. by evening U have to connect to Battery Bank to be on safer side. 2) Absence of FM & Dual SIM Pinches 3) No Manual along with supply .Cannot exploit full potential 4)Managing ,Editing Tele nos found clumsy . 5) Over all not Happy

Worst of all No post sale assistance , customer support with zero product knowledge Just keep paying then and don't expect anything

There used to be a time where OnePlus phones are in great position which are used to be equal to iPhone. I don't know what's the reason OnePlus is focusing on charging speed and they are leaving Small important things like camera, slide bar i know OnePlus 11series have been launched in that they gave the slide bar. In my old OnePlus 7t the phone is fully equipped with all features. After 3years i brought OnePlus 10t which was really a failure phone. The reasons are. No slider bar, camera,macro lens, no cases are available. I hope OnePlus will understand the situation and make OnePlus like it used to be Thank you

I fell these are the missing features where all Indians like to have, FM is definitely needed and TV-out gives advantage where no smart TV's are affordable.

My sister had purchased a one plus 6 model 3 years ago. The phone asked for her to update it. She did. All Data gone saying it was qualcomm crash dump mode. She visited the service centre and they told it was irreparable and it would cost her around 300$ to revive the phone ( motherboard etc.) with no data. Basically it is a problem from one plus's side and it's asking us to pay for it. Absolutely ridiculous.Also it does not come under the warranty period. Such a waste of money. On raising a complaint on the same the best reply they give is sorry for the inconvenience. Better find a fix for this ONEPLUS!!!!

It is believed in India that one plus brand is the better option but after taking the phone its 4th month and the body of phone is automatically bend then I show them to service center that it's a plastic body and will change you ₹8000 for upgrading it seriously if there would be the option of 0 ratings I might choose it... But like seriously a middle man taking a big part of his salary to afford the oneplus phone and not working 4months it's a big deal it's better to take the option like redmi realme vivo oppo..

I'm using the phone from last one year, but suddenly from today the display was blur. I have got to oneplus store they told they will charge for display 6000 without knowing was wrong with my phone. I think oneplus Company do there have the free display service for customer our outer damage. Please work on you software & display things. Very Bad Product

I've never been more furious and let down by a company like OnePlus. Let me spill the beans on this absolute nightmare. Brace yourself, because the oxygen 13 update turned my OnePlus Nord 2 5g into a worthless piece of junk. The screen started fluttering like a heart attack, and guess what? There's no escape. You can't even switch it off to spare yourself the agony. So, I decided to give their so-called support team a piece of my mind. And what do I get in return? A slap in the face! OnePlus has the audacity to tell me that I, the poor user, have to cough up cash for their screw-up. They try to act all smart by blaming it on a "hardware issue." Seriously? You're telling me that a software update managed to manifest as a hardware problem? Bravo, OnePlus, your lies are truly something. Oh, and let's not forget the 30k rupees I threw at this phone. What a fantastic investment that turned out to be! I expected at least a hint of customer service, but no, that's not happening. They've left me high and dry, with a display that's practically having a seizure and a shrug of "too bad, so sad." I dared to ask them to escalate the case, and you know what they said? "Sorry, pal, nothing we can do. Just head over to our service center and shell out more of your hard-earned money to fix our mess." Can you believe the nerve of these people? Do yourself a favor, avoid OnePlus like the plague. Don't let their fancy marketing trick you into this trap. Go for a company that actually cares about its customers and doesn't blame them for their own monumental failures.

Got 3 one plus phones 2 years back. One plus 7, One plus 7T when we updated the phone to 12 and 13 screen got blank. In last 15 days all 3 phone dead when I went to mobile person he told need to show in company and when I went they are saying that mother board issuse and when I went to my friend shop he told majority of the one plus phone has a problem when they update to os 12 or 13. And I had one plus 2 also when I upgrade with in 2 weeks or so my mobile screen went blank. And company people are not responding. I don't think anyone should buy one plus product very bad products they make.

am purchase may month bt ph is alredy activated is feb month 3 month alredy before activated how to possible this am purchased may month am using only one month that phone is become a problem and am complent durga mobile store they will not responding phone and that store and one plus store is also fake

Display issue and bad service

It is pertinent to mention here that phone stopped working just after the 5 days , The bettry showed full but it got dead all of sudden.I thought that it might be a minor problem and i went to the above mentioned dealer to share my problem but he said there is no policy to change or repair it you can go to the care which is at Chotoram chowk Rohtak. I went there on very day 15 March 2023.The person seating over there that this is a minor problem of only software.Software has to be updated it will take two hours.He did his job and assured me thta now it is fine but again as I came home nd used the phone 10R one pluse ,found same problem and i continued to face the same problem.due to some personal reasons I couldn't go to center and kept on suffering.Finally i submitted the phone to your authorised the customer care center at Chotoram chowk Rohtak.They said it is the defect of battery and it has to be changed it is under warranty period.Assured me it will be given back within one week .But now 12 days have passed and there is no response. It is really a matter of sorrow and regret.

Wastage of money and never suggest anyone

I would recommend everyone to please NOT buy One Plus because majority of their phones show green line on the display after recent software update. And once you take it to their service centers, they would straight away deny and would charge you for repairing the same, even when there is no damage to the phone because of your fault. Their recent software update would burn your pixels and would ruin the display of your phone. Currently using One Plus 9 and I would never recommend anyone to buy One Plus. Never buying

New features of one plus " green line

one plus 9r is a very bad mobile don't buy it someone regretted buying it I have only bought the mobile for 9 months. It shuts off for 2 hours and the care people say that if it shuts off then how wrong is this really telling friends don't take this mobile
