Redmi's latest mobile launch is the A5. The mobile was launched in 15th April 2025. The phone comes with a 6.88-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1640 pixels at a PPI of 260 pixels per inch. The Redmi A5 is powered by octa-core Unisoc T7250 processor and it comes with 3GB, 4GB of RAM. The phone packs 64GB, 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 2000GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Redmi A5 packs a 32-megapixel (f/2.2) primary camera on the rear and a 8-megapixel (f/2.2) front shooter for selfies. The Redmi A5 runs Android 15 Go Edition and is powered by a 5200mAh non removable battery. It measures 171.70 x 77.80 x 8.26 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 193.00 grams. The Redmi A5 is a dual SIM (GSM + CDMA and GSM + CDMA) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB Type-C, 3G and 4G. Sensors on the phone include Fingerprint sensor, Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer and Ambient light sensor.
