Xolo is set to launch a new smartphone in India called the Xolo Q2100. The highlight of the smartphone will be a built-in fingerprint scanner at the rear, NDTV Gadgets has learnt from its sources.
Our source also tells us the phone will be capable of functioning as a universal remote, indicating the presence of an IR port.
The Xolo Q2100 will be powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 chipset alongside 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage. The dual-SIM smartphone will come with a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The phone will come with an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with Exmor R sensor and dual LED flash as well as a 2-megapixel front camera.
The Xolo Q2100
will run Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box and be powered by a 2800mAh battery. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, USB OTG, A-GPS, and FM radio. The phone will come with ambient light sensor, accelerometer, magnetometer, and proximity sensor.Xolo
