Samsung's alleged successor to the Galaxy S4 Zoom, the Galaxy S5 Zoom, is now doing the rounds of the Internet courtesy a benchmark leak that supposedly reveals most of its specifications.

A report by Phonearena detailed the alleged specifications spotted on the GFXBench.

According to the website, the Samsung SM-C115 device spotted in a benchmark could be the Samsung Galaxy S5 Zoom - the first variant of the recently unveiled flagship, the Galaxy S5.

The listed specifications for the alleged Galaxy S5 Zoom (SM-C115) suggest that the device will run Android 4.4.2 KitKat. The SM-C115 device is listed to feature a 4.8-inch display with a 720x1280 pixel resolution. It is seen to pack in 1.3GHz hexa-core (Samsung Exynos 5 Hexa) CPU and a Mali-T624 GPU.

The alleged successor to Galaxy S4 Zoom (rumoured S5 Zoom) will come with 2GB of RAM to support the processor. Also, the rear camera listed is a 19-megapixel camera (making 5184 x 3888 pixel images), and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera that is capable of 1080p video recording.

On the storage front, the Samsung SM-C115 (rumoured S5 Zoom) device is listed with two reported storage capacities, which likely means that a dedicated memory card slot will be present, too.

So far, reported specifications of the alleged Galaxy S5 Zoom are better when compared to the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom. The Galaxy S4 Zoom features a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED qHD display with a resolution of 540x960 pixels. It is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor coupled with 1.5GB of RAM. The highlight of the device is the 16-megapixel CMOS sensor with 10x optical zoom along with a Xenon flash and Optical Image Stabiliser (OIS). There is a 1.9-megapixel front camera as well.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom includes a 2330mAh battery. It also packs in 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 64GB via a microSD card.
