Nokia has introduced its latest accessory, the Nokia DC-50 portable wireless charging plate, at an event at Nokia World in Abu Dhabi. The Nokia DC-50 is expected to be rolled out globally by Q4 2013 and would come at estimated price of $99, roughly translating to Rs. 6,100.

The Nokia DC-50 portable wireless charging plate supports Qi wireless standard and is compatible with Nokia Lumia smartphones such as the Nokia Lumia 1520, Nokia Lumia 1020, Nokia Lumia 925 and Nokia Lumia 920.

Earlier on Tuesday Nokia launched six new devices including the Lumia 1520, Lumia 1320, Lumia 2520 tablet and three Asha devices, the Asha 500, Asha 502 and Asha 503.

The Nokia Lumia 1520, as rumoured comes with 6-inch full-HD (1080x1920) LCD display, the biggest seen on a Nokia phone yet and sports a 20-megapixel PureView camera accompanied by dual-LED flash. The newly launched Nokia Lumia 1520 also is the first Windows Phone to feature the new quad-core 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and also includes 2GB of RAM.

Another phablet like the Nokia Lumia 1520, the Finnish mobile manufacturer also launched its second 6-inch device, the Nokia Lumia 1320, which is being termed as an affordable phablet. The Nokia Lumia 1320 features a 6-inch IPS LCD display with 720x1280 pixels resolution and boasts Nokia's ClearBlack technology. The display has a pixel density of 245ppi (pixels per inch). It is powered by 1.7GHz dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor along with 1GB of RAM.

Nokia also entered into the tablet segment with its first Windows RT tablet, the Lumia 2520. The Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet runs Windows RT 8.1. The tablet comes with 10.1-inch full-HD IPS LCD display and boasts enhanced outdoor readability and Corning Gorilla Glass 2. On the camera front, the tablet sports a 6.7-megapixel rear camera with Carl Zeiss optics and an f/1.9 aperture, same as found on the Nokia Lumia 720.

Nokia, in an attempt to tap the popularity of the Asha 501 in emerging markets, has launches three new Asha phones, the Asha 500, Asha 502 and Asha 503.
