Lenovo is set to make a host of announcements at its Tech World event in San Francisco on Thursday. The first consumer-facing Project Tango smartphone will be launched at the event, and what's also widely expected is the launch of the new Moto Z series - Moto Z Play and Moto Z Style. The latest leaks give us more information on the two smartphones, while also hinting at a possible unveil of the budgeted Moto E.

A render (via AndroidPure) has surfaced online showing off the thinness of the new Moto Z - it is not clear which of the two smartphones, the Moto Z Play or Moto Z Style, is seen in the image. The image only shows the smartphone from one side. A slight camera bump is also visible from that angle, and the image reveals that the volume rockers and the power button are all housed on the right side of the smartphone.

The smartphone is pegged to come in two variants - Moto Z and Moto Z Play. Rumoured specifications of the Moto Z Style include a 5.5-inch QHD display, a Snapdragon 820 processor, 3GB or 4GB of RAM, a 16-megapixel rear camera, 32GB of inbuilt storage, and a 2600mAh battery. While the Moto Z Play is expected to sport a 5.5-inch full-HD display, a Snapdragon 625 SoC, 2GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel rear camera, 16GB and 32GB storage variants, and a 3500mAh battery.

Lenovo is set to unveil the first consumer Project Tango smartphone, rumoured to be named Phab2 Pro. Now, French website Nowhereelse's editor has shared two images of this smartphone giving us our first possible look at the phablet. It has an aluminium body, and interestingly houses three cameras at the back, along with the flash and a fingerprint sensor. If these images are true, the phablet will come in at least two colour options - Gold and Silver. The Lenovo and Tango branding is seen on the back panel. Previous reports suggest a huge 6.4-inch display on the smartphone.

In the meanwhile, a recent Bluetooth certification (via MobileXpose) also now hint at a third smartphone launch at the event, possibly the Moto E. Previous leaks online suggest a 5-inch HD (1280x720 pixels) display, a MediaTek quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, 7-megapixel rear facing camera, and a 4.7-megapixel front lens.

In any case, Lenovo's second annual Tech World event is set to flag off on June 9 at 10am PST (10.30pm IST) in San Francisco, where all the rumours are expected to finally come to rest.
