It is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P15 processor that's coupled with 4GB of LPDDR3 RAM. On the front, it bears an 8-megapixel camera. Notably, the smartphone has a hybrid dual-SIM card slot, meaning the second SIM card slot can either be used for a microSD card or a Nano-SIM card.
The Moto M features 32GB of inbuilt storage that's expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB). Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS/ A-GPS, 4G VoLTE (with support for Indian LTE bands), USB Type-C (USB 3.1), and a 3.5mm audio jack.
