Intex has launched the Aqua Shine 4G in India. Priced at Rs. 7,699, the smartphone is now listed on the company site without availability details, but we can expect the handset to go on sale soon.

The Intex Aqua Shine 4G smartphone features a 5-inch (720x1280 pixels) IPS display, with a pixel density of 294ppi. The official listing says that the smartphone sports a screen-to-body ratio of 70 percent. The dual-SIM Aqua Shine 4G smartphone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box.

The Intex Aqua Shine 4G, much like the recently unveiled Intex Aqua Secure and Intex Cloud String HD, supports 4G LTE bands in India - FDD-LTE Band 3 (1800MHz), Band 5, and TDD-LTE Band 40 (2300MHz). The smartphone also supports VoLTE (voice over LTE) with HD voice call compatibility. It sports an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with dual-LED flash, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash. It is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6735V processor paired with 2GB of RAM. It packs 16GB of built-in storage and supports expandable storage via microSD card (up to 32GB).

Backed by a 3000mAh battery, the handset offers up to 5 hours of talk-time and up to 200 hours of standby time. Connectivity options of the Intex Aqua Shine 4G include GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with hotspot functionality, Bluetooth, FM radio, Micro-USB, and GPS. It comes preloaded with some apps such as Matrabhasha, Clean Master, Freecharge, Newshunt, Skype, Opera Max, Opera mini, and Saavn. The smartphone is listed to be available in Champagne and Grey colours. It measures 147.3x73.3x9.5mm and weighs 158 grams.
