A post on a Taiwanese forum has revealed that the device code-named HTC Proto will be known as Desire X in the retail market. The post also shared the full set of specifications of the device, which are same as we have seen in the past leaks.
HTC Desire X will come with 4-inch Super LCD display, Android 4.0.4 and 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor. The smartphone will also feature 768MB of RAM, 4GB internal storage, 1650 mAh battery and free cloud storage similar to what was given with One series smartphones.
On the audio front, the smartphone will have Beats Audio integration. HTC Desire X will support normal SIM card and will have Micro-USB port and 3.5mm audio jack on-board.
Taiwanese website also claims that HTC Sense 4 will be present on top of the Ice Cream Sandwich on Desire X.
The device is expected to be unveiled at IFA trade fair and should reach the market sometime next month.
