Motorola Mobility was established in 2011 following the split of Motorola into two companies, with Motorola Solutions catering to the enterprise segment. Acquired soon after by Google, Motorola Mobility was sold to Lenovo in 2014. Motorola made its first Android smartphone in 2009, and its first Android tablet in 2011.
Motorola's latest mobile launch is the Edge 60 Stylus. The mobile was launched in 15th April 2025. The phone comes with a 6.67-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1220 pixels by 2712 pixels at a PPI of 446 pixels per inch. The Motorola Edge 60 Stylus is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor and it comes with 8GB of RAM. The phone packs 256GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 1000GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Motorola Edge 60 Stylus packs a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) + 13-megapixel (f/2.2) primary camera on the rear and a 32-megapixel (f/2.2) front shooter for selfies. The Motorola Edge 60 Stylus runs Android 15 and is powered by a 5000mAh non removable battery. It measures 162.15 x 74.78 x 8.29 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 191.00 grams. The Motorola Edge 60 Stylus is a dual SIM (GSM + CDMA and GSM + CDMA) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, USB Type-C, Active 4G on both SIM cards, 3G and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include In-Display Fingerprint Sensor, Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
