Meizu is a Chinese consumer electronics firm that was established in 2003, and manufactures smartphones and music players. It launched its first music player in 2007, and its first smartphone in 2008. The company announced its arrival in the Indian smartphone market in 2015, when it launched Android phones in the country. Meizu's latest mobile launch is the 16T. The smartphone was launched in 23rd October 2019. The phone comes with a 6.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2232 pixels at a PPI of 382 pixels per inch.
The Meizu 16T is powered by 28.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and it comes with 6GB of RAM. The phone packs 128GB of internal storage cannot be expanded. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Meizu 16T packs a 12-megapixel (f/1.9) + 8-megapixel (f/2.2) + 5-megapixel (f/1.9) primary camera on the rear and a 16-megapixel front shooter for selfies.
The Meizu 16T runs Android 9 Pie and is powered by a 4500mAh non removable battery. It measures 159.63 x 78.20 x 8.30 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 183.00 grams.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB Type-C and Active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include Face unlock, Fingerprint sensor, Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
