Lava logo Lava International is an Indian company that offers mobiles and tablets. It was incorporated in 2009 and since then offering affordable handsets, smartphones and tablets. Apart from India, the company also has operations in Africa. The company has launched a separate brand called Xolo, which has also launched Android smartphones. Lava's latest mobile launch is the Z81. The smartphone was launched in November 2018. The phone comes with a 5.70-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1440 pixels at a PPI of 282 pixels per inch.

The Lava Z81 is powered by 2GHz quad-core MediaTek Helio A22 processor and it comes with 2GB of RAM. The phone packs 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Lava Z81 packs a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 13-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Lava Z81 is powered by a 3000mAh. It measures 152.20 x 73.00 x 7.90 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 141.60 grams.

The Lava Z81 is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, FM, Active 4G on both SIM cards, 3G and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include Face unlock, Fingerprint sensor, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer and Ambient light sensor.
