BLU Products is an American mobile phone manufacturer founded in 2009 and headquartered in Doral, a suburb of Miami, Florida. The company makes budget Android smartphones targeted at people living in developing countries. While all of its products are designed in BLU's base of USA, these are manufactured in China. Blu's latest mobile launch is the Vivo X. The smartphone was launched in February 2018.
