This phone is really awesome . i have been using for past 3 weeks. at the beginning it was restarting automatically "once" a day but after the OS update it got fixed. Camera superb and the battery lasts for 1 day 16 hrs with moderate usage. No lag while playing games. i am attaching some rear camera sample images.

  • Go for it, You would love this device....But be aware of what it can do and can't do!

I have purchased this phone after seeing lot of reviews. Since day 1 its been surprising me with its features(though I know what it offers on paper before feeling in my hands). Its a good hardware comes with best software. The look and feel is very nice. You will not feel any lags at all (at least as of now for my moderate use). Features I don't need to discuss here because N no.of users have already done that so far. I will be providing my feedback based on my usage and the problems I faced if any... So, first thing is that remember it is a windows phone. Don't try to compare everything with respect to android. If you convince yourself this thing then nothing to regret or frustrate. Why am I saying this is that often we expect some or other app to work as it is working in android. Remember that these are two different Os. So many apps don't work in the same way as they work in android. For example: This thing is very important. Due to Windows Os limitations developers are not able create a simple app locker so far in windows. So, how badly it effects your choice of picking this phone is depends, because for me I don't care much but again it would be great if I had that. cons: ==== 1) you can't hide any contact, message, photo or any media completely. They can be hardly hidden from start screen tiles, if you swipe to left then from apps list you can access them easily or if you are using them from some other app also they are available. Ex: If you hide a photo using some third party, now go to camera and try to open the gallery, here you can see that hidden photo. Of course some apps are there (Hurt locker for example) which deletes the photo from your gallery location and maintains the copy in its own location with encryption, if you want to retrive, it deletes in its location(particular app gallery) and puts back into phones gallery. Still it is upto media only not to hide your contacts or private messages. 2) Quick action tiles are very few and not completly one touch operable, For example to switch on WIFI just have to touch it once, but if you wanna switch it off, It directs you to other scree there you have to slide the swith to turn it off.(may be with windows 10 upgrade we can expect that it would change) 3) Every time it wont ask you that which sim you want to use for a particular contact. there is a switch just next to the contact there you need to slide it left or right to choose sim1 or sim2 for calling or texting options. If you forget to slide it according your sim1/sim2 sms or call plans you would incur charges. It may be again just my experience. 4) when you try to include contact in a text msg it doesn't show you the number in the contact instead it gives you the text that reads "It contains contact info". Not liking this feature. It should show the number.... 5)Glance screen is not perfect replacement of LED notifications! missing this one.(ofcourse its a hardware limitation) 6) Google apps (it eco system problem that too, it is problem from google which is responsible of developing its apps for all the os) Pros: ===== 1) Here maps, Here Drive and Here transit are such a nice and very handy and even when you are offline also you can use them... 2) Mix Radio, I love this app and its offline capabilities made me happy. 3)Exclusive Lumia apps which makes your life smoother or I would say colourful. 4)Home screen customization with floating tiles ...Its awesome... 5)Battery saver gives you extra 20% backup nearly..Its also nice. 6)double tap to lock(on narrator space) and double to wake up the screen gives extra life for your lock/unlock button. 7)Notifications on glance screen are nice but we can't personalize that much.. 8)Mobikwik offer is awesome, 3600 rs (every month 300 into your wallet for 12 months, offer valid till november 2015 purchases only. I don' know whether this offer is still running or not I redeemed it on 5th sept.) 9) Promised windows 10 upgrade Don't hesitate to buy this great product just because of missing of some app support.
