It is the most most worst product. Cheating consumers a blood sucking vampires. Micromax products are not good. Customer service reply is also very bad.Don't buy any micromax products. Have to negative rating -1

Micromax is totally waste product. While using the phone and playing games, battery will be heat and no long guarantee for display and camera (16 MP) also not upto the mark. This is one of the best "worst" product in the market. Suggest you that, please don't purchase Micromax product.

I NEED AN INFORMATION. I AM USING MICROMAX CANVAS KNIGHT-2 E471 SINCE MID OF NOV'2015 WHILE I GOT IT AS A REPLACEMENT OF MICROMAX CANVAS KNIGHT A 350 BY THE SAME COMPANY. NOW AS MY PHONE IS OUT OF WARRANTY NOW, I AM FACING SOME PROBLEMS WITH THIS PHONE ONCE AGAIN. AROUND 4-5 DAYS BACK SOME OF THE APPS INSTALLED IN THE PHONE WERE STARTED CRASHING/STOPPING, SHOWING THE MASSAGE AS "UNFORTUNATELY THIS APP (GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES, MASSAGES, ETC..ETC..) HAS STOPPED". IN ORDER TO GET IT CORRECTED I HAVE RESTARTED/REBOOTED THE PHONE MANY TIMES AND I OBSERVED THAT THE DURATION OF REBOOTING IS GETTING LONGER WITH WITH EACH HIT AND IN THIS THE SYSTEM GETS STOPPED AT THE FIRST SCREEN OF RESTART AND GETS REFRESHED MANY TIMES AT THE SAME NO FURTHER ACTION LIKE TOUCH OR KEYS WORKS AT THIS STAGE. AFTER MANY TIMES OF THIS REFRESHING OF SCREEN IT SUDDENLY MOVES TO THE NEXT SCREEN AND THEN IT GETS REBOOTED COMPLETELY. AT PRESENT IT IS AGAIN ON THE SAME FIRST SCREEN GETTING REFRESHED SINCE LAST 2 (TWO) HOURS. I AM WILLING TO KNOW THAT IS THIS A PROBLEM OF THE OPERATING SYSTEM i.e. ANDROID OR PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM/MOBILE PHONE HARDWARE..??? AND WHAT COULD BE THE POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS FOR THE SAME.

I am using since october it having great quality of screen display nice phone from micromax. great phone with this price

only one point to mention, it is no where mentioned that the available slot for Second SIM and SD card is only one, means either one can be used.Otherwise perfect phone to buy.

It's an amazing phone with a lot of features and looks are unexplainable. All my friends have become fan of this phone.

I am using this mobile for the past one week. I was using Samsung S duos for the past 2 years. It became so slow that I was unable to take/make call at the time of urgency as the loading takes he'll of a time. I got this from Amazon at 11k. In terms of performance it competes with other high end phones. Only issue is that it's battery drains little bit fast. Rest other things are absolutely fantastic. Am very much satisfied with this product. Go for it if you want value for money.

Thanks Amazon for this awesome phone in 11k.. 10+1 for slim and sexy look... Performance is also good... M using this phone for some 2 or more weeks... Both cameras are good.. Dual sim support (you can use one micro sim + nano sim or micro sim +sd card) in short you have to decide between external sd card or second sim... Anyways internal memory is good and is expandable...

I just got this handset delivered Yesterday. Thanks Amazon for the super fast normal delivery!!!About the mobile - It is very sleek and looks attractive. The operations are smooth and fast, though its just been a day of use. Full charged battery lasted the day and has 46% battery left with moderate to heavy use with 3G on ( morning 7AM to evening 7PM).This is my first product in micromax and appears they make decent products in affordable budget.

superb ,very nice mobile ,slimonly one drawback you cant used memory card if you used both sim ,or use single sim with memory card but no issue just used otg pen drive
