Micromax Canvas 6 Summary

The Micromax Canvas 6 is the more stylish sibling of the Canvas 6 Pro. It features a metal unibody design with chamfered edges and a fingerprint sensor around the back. The phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek SoC and has 3GB of RAM, which gets the work done. The 13-megapixel camera captures decent daylight shots but the pictures lack depth and come out dull. It doesn't fare too well under low-light conditions and video quality is strictly average too. At Rs. 13,999, it's definitely the better pick over the Canvas 6 Pro but Micromax could have done so much more in order to make it stand out in the crowd.

  • Not worth, Only for small apps, Not for games
Er Giriraj (Jul 14, 2016) on Gadgets 360
I have purchased Canvas 6 PRO for my father and Canvas 6 for me. For last 2-3 months i am using both mobiles. Cons : I think Micromax Doesn't have a good strategy for youth, who are the target users for all smartphone companies but Not by micromax. As you can see in Canvas 6 - A Slow Processor (1.3 Ghz) is there, (in terms of GAMES), after using few months you can find Sub-Way surf and many others games that are lagging or not smoothly playing. Brothers in arms, Mortal Combat and many other games that HANGS Very much or Unable to Play by Canvas 6. You can not Play 4K videos in Canvas 6. If you wear Jeans or tight outfits, then you can not use FingerScanner in Micromax , because when you take out your mobile, it will show 'TOO MANY ATTEMPTS' in FingerScanner. Because it keep on vibrating or accessing while you are with tight outfits. Pros : Good Camera Picture Quality. No Blur or very few Blur images while clicking. On the Other Hand Canvas 6 PRO has protective Gorilla Glass, and very good processor that played almost every games without hang and Support Playing of 4K Ultra HD videos. So the question arises, WHY ? micromax can't give all the good feature in a same or single SmartPhone ?
