excellent experience

One of the best decisions made ever.This TV has a rich look and surprisingly they have improved upon a lot sound quality, we brought Micromax TV last time which was 42"which lacked good sound quality.Right now they are giving 3 years warranty with it, what else do you want.Over all I'm very much satisfied with the 55"TV, guys if you are indecisive about 43"49" or 55" just close your eyes and go for this amazing TV.In local market this TV costs 5000 extra so buying it online is the best bet.Micromax had shown substantial improvement over last year, very much satisfied with the TV.

Great product.. timely delivery, timely installation.. it's quiet a big Tv.. gud picture clarity and they have improved the sound quality to a larger extend..instead of buying 43 inch, go for this 55 inch

Excellent packaging of total garbage product. Tv stopped working in 10 days of purchase. I have been following up for more days and have used the tv for less days. Three year warranty means you follow with third party repair company for three years until you give up

Very bad quality Chinese manufacturered parts assembled by micromax, warranty is name sake nobody turns up for service calls I lost 40k for this product the TV's back light went of in warranty, but it's almost 2 months I have been raised the issue nobody turned up, call center guys ask u to wait for 7 days which never endsPlease guy don't by this fraud product, you will regret buying such cheap product.

Received damaged product

It's not even one star. Micromax has zero service support, operating with a makeshift base with no one taking ownership. God help those who ever need a service help. Please desist from this brand even I they offer it for FREE.
