For the first 15 months I had no issues with the product.But after that there is cooling problem which occurs recurrently....And the service quality also not upto the level of satisfication....

Good Product

I was out in market for AC's for my new apartment and Lloyd was the obvious choice considering the fact that I have been using Lloyd AC's for my house in hometown as well as my earlier apartment and have a pretty good experience with their AC?s. My requirement was a smart WiFi enabled AC which I could program with a routine and hence Lloyd LS12I35JA with WiFi connect was one of the choice. Came across the same model listed at a fair price from OmniTechRetail on Flipkart and immediately placed an order. The product was ordered on Friday 17th July and the same was delivered on Sat 18th July 2020, kudos to OmniTechRetail and Ekart Logistics for such quick delivery. The AC was received sealed and well packed. The quality fit and finish of this AC is par with any other reputed brands. The panel gaps in this particular model are better covered / maintained then all the other Lloyd AC's I have used previously. The AC works like a charm cools down my bedroom in a matter of few minutes and the indoor unit is surprisingly silent. I am yet to hear the out-door unit noise so I assume it is silent as well. Pair it with a Wipro smart plug and set the scheduler on and you will be sorted for life. The Lloyd Smart AC Remote Control App works well, it pretty much covers most of the functions like Temperature settings, Timer On / Off, Cooling Mode, Vertical / Horizontal Swing, Fan Speed, Turbo On / Off etc. Installation of AC has never been hassle free process for me and this was no different, I faced several issues from overcharging to not getting it installed on the agreed date by Lloyd add to it is the abysmal customer service support by Lloyd. Lloyd should take this seriously and make some improvement in their service quality. Potential Buyers Do Note : I noticed that the AC is not compatible with the ?Havells DigiTap? app as mentioned in the product brochure / company website instead you need to install the ?Lloyd Smart AC Remote Control? app instead to connect with this AC (Lloyd LS12I35JA / Lloyd LS18I35JA models). It is only after sending an email to the management that I came to know about this. This confusion could be avoided completely by mentioning proper information on the product brochure. Please note the Wifi AC is not compatible with Alexa or Google and can be operated using only the Lloyd App. Overall Verdict : I wanted to give 4 stars instead of 5 because of Lloyd Service quality but then good products deserve better ratings. Great product definitely recommended, go ahead without thinking twice !!

This is the lloyd grande model with very fast cooling capacity.It has smart control feature with lloyd.i bought it from local distributor at 33500 including all installation cost.Company provides 5 year full warranty on board and all parts and 10 yrs warranty on compressor which is not available in other products.You can search for lloud grande ac ads of Mohanlal in youtube.I have tried carrier , daikin O general and recently bought 2 loyd grande ac .18degree in just 45 second is thier ads.It will definitely perform better than carrier /daikin/ Ogeneral.LLoyd grand AC better than dailin / carrier / O general also comes with 5 yr full warranty and 10yr compressor

Good AC with best price.. Only Installation and commissioning charge extra which is not good. Cooling is Great within 1min room get cooled.Just keep Temp 24-26 Degree with Cool mode.

Once the product is sold and payment made it is very difficult to contact back and follow up for installation.

Bought a llyod AC to a store within 4 months it got complaint called the service centre but no reply since 3 weeks AC is working but not cooling the room...wtf
