Good product. Picture quality is good.

Excellent product from LG. I was in a dilemma over which brand & model to choose, but I now believe have made a good choice. This model is the latest from LG (2018). Picture quality and Audio quality is really good. Amazon had promised that I would get a call from LG service engineer for Demo and Installation within 48 hours from delivery and he arrived in that time. Really happy with the product from LG and Service by Amazon. It is wise to go for a reputable brand like LG as you get value for money!!

I got a really fast delivery and even the installation took place on the same day ofe delivery. I heard other people complaining about late installation issues but I think it differs from location to location. Here in Chennai, it all took place as Normal, indeed really fast than normal. Coming to the TV, LG is a good brand. They innovate very well, I won't accept other reviewers commenting this a bad brand, LG is great in electronics. In this TV, the quality looks quite OK for the price. Picture quality is good when seen from a distance, but we can't visually observe changes in different viewing modes and everything looks pretty same. The picture quality could have been better. But this TV is a value for money because, we can get a 42 inch TV for the same price in some local brands but for LG we get many quality advantages. I'm not impressed with the sound and feels like it's ain't Dolby but it is OK for a small room. However we get things for what we pay and not more than that.
