Slow to start

The laptop is very pathetic..it has a very low battery life..the processor is too slow..the interface is not smooth..the laptop is having a noise..during operationThe customer service are also very pathetic Nd not at all cooperative for the same to resolve..they are continuouslt keeping you on phone hold to just talk their stupid policies..from now on m sure i am not going to shop any electronics from amazon

Wouldn't recommend Amazon to anyone. Specially while buying electronic items. I bought This laptop a while ago. On the very second day of the use, it froze like ice. I asked Amazon for a refund, they denied.This is just sick support from Amazon.
