The festive season sales are over, the dried stocks are gradually being replenished, and winter is in the air! This week we tell you how to add more value to the TVs you might have bought during Diwali, an affordable way to strengthen your wireless home network, grab paid apps for free, and a lot more! Just in case you missed the festive offers, you're in for a treat as laptops and big-screen LED TVs are now back on sale.

1. LG G Watch Gets An Official Price Drop
The LG G Watch launched in India with a price tag of Rs. 14,999. But just months after the launch, LG has now reduced the price of its smartwatch down to around Rs. 8,500. Some LG retail stores are selling the G Watch for as low as Rs. 5,000. In case you're interested in buying one, do give a call to one of your local LG retail outlets to see if they still have some stock left. On the Internet, you can grab the smartwatch for anywhere around Rs. 7,500-8500. Amazon is selling the white gold variant for Rs. 8,100, and the black titan variant for Rs. 8,099. Snapdeal is selling the LG G Watch for Rs. 6989, the lowest so far. What's surprising is that the Google Play Store is still selling the smartwatch for Rs. 14,999.

LG's G Watch features an always-on display that lets users check relevant information on the go. The smartwatch runs on Google's Android Wear mobile operating system. It's powered by a 400mAh battery which, according to the company, can run for about a day on a full charge. The smartwatch is water and dust resistant so that should make it easier to wear in tougher conditions. The G Watch is compatible with all Android smartphones running Android 4.3 or above.

2. Ricoh Laserjet SP300DN
ShopClues is selling the Ricoh Laserjet SP300DN duplex network printer for Rs. 3,599, making it one of the cheapest in its segment. The Ricoh Laserjet SP300DN can print A4-sized sheets at 30 pages per minute using laser beam scanning, and electro-photographic printing. The printer promises a low warmup time of around 20 seconds, and the first print speeds of up to 8 seconds. The maximum resolution supported is 1200x600 dpi. Users can hook up the printer to their network using a standard ethernet cable. If you're looking to add a decent low-cost network printer to your home or office setup, this one would fit the bill. Snapdeal is selling the same printer for another Rs. 1,000 more.

3. TP-Link TL-WR1043ND Wireless Gigabit Router
Most of us are in the habit of picking up the cheapest wireless routers available, to simply convert the usual wired connection at home into wireless. But that worked fine when we had a single or at most two devices using the network. Now we have multiple smartphones, tablets, and laptops in a single household or office. A better wireless router will always make a great investment.

Amazon is selling the TP-Link TL-WR1043ND wireless gigabit router at a lower price of Rs. 3,888. The router is selling on eBay, and other sites for around Rs. 4,400 and above. The wireless router makes use of MIMO (Multi input multi output) technology, and offers wireless speeds of up to 300Mbps. There are four Gigabit ethernet ports for wired connections. There's a USB port for easily accessing content across the network.

4. Clearance Sale On LED TVs at Snapdeal
Snapdeal has a decent range of LED TVs, and it's now looking to get rid of them. In its latest clearance sale, the online retailer is offering discounts up to 30%, an exchange offer, and some of the most affordable LED TVs online. Snapdeal is also selling VU's 4K TVs with an extra 10% discount, making them the cheapest 4K TVs you can buy in the market. Add that to a home theatre system, and you have a great TV viewing experience for yourself.

Some great picks from the sale - Philips 40-inch Full HD LED TV for Rs. 30,491. This variant was earlier selling for around Rs. 40,000 at retail stores. It's a newer model, that includes two HDMI ports and a USB port, compared to the single HDMI port and no USB port on last year's model. The TV comes with free installation support, and the standard 3-year warranty from Philips India.

If you're looking to save more money, the Micromax 40-inch Full HD LED TV is available for Rs. 25,490 on Snapdeal's clearance sale. There's an extra 5% cash back for using HDFC Bank cards, making these TVs even cheaper. If you want really high-end TVs, that are no less than 4K in resolution, the VU 50-inch 3D 4K and the 55-inch 3D 4K TVs have an additional instant discount of 10%, added during checkout. VU's 4K TVs are probably the cheapest in the market right now.

5. Denon AH-C100 Urban Raver Earphone
Croma Retail is selling the Denon AH-C100 earphones for Rs. 1,290. These earphones come with a marked price of Rs. 5,999 but are generally available for around Rs. 2,000 in the market, and around the same price online. The headphones are powered by an 11.5mm neodymium magnet driver unit, and the hybrid metal housing ensures a resonance-free playback. They play well on iPhone, iPod and iPad with a control wheel and a built-in microphone. These earphones come with 1.3 m non-tangle cable and offer a frequency response in the range 5-24,000Hz. The stocks are limited, so in case you're looking to get them, don't spend time thinking, and hit the buy button now.

6. Jabra Music Halo 2 Wireless Headphones
The Jabra Music Halo 2 wireless headphones are now selling for Rs. 2,989 on Amazon, and Rs. 3,250 on Croma Retail. The headphones can be used in a wireless or wired mode, and promise a virtual surround sound with power bass. The headset features touch sensors which let you control your music, and calls. The maximum standby time these headphones offer is around 13 days, and a talk time of around 8 hours. They can be hooked up to a smartphone using a Bluetooth connection. To receive calls, users can simply tap a button, and take a phone call using the in-built dual microphones. These turn on by opening up, and then turn off automatically by folding them in.

Price: Rs. 2,989

7. Laptop Deals At Flipkart
Flipkart ran out of great deals on laptops after the Billion Day Sale, but stocks are gradually coming back. There are around 33 laptops available with an exchange offer, and two MacBooks with a Free WD My Passport external hard drive offer, apart from other discounts. On the MacBook Air 13-inch 2014 variant, Flipkart is offering an instant discount of up to Rs. 10,000 for a laptop in a working condition along with the free external hard drive. Flipkart's laptop exchange process is pretty smooth, just in case you were wondering.

On most other laptops, Flipkart is offering a discount up to Rs. 5,000 on laptops returned in working conditions. You'll need to enter the details for your existing laptop like brand, processor, and a serial number to ensure you get an instant discount.

8. Amazon Offers Free Apps Worth $115
Amazon is offering free apps worth $115 via its App Store on Android. Known for offering a free app a day, Amazon also offers a number of paid apps and games for free in bundles from time to time. There are around 40 apps available under the promotion, which is valid till this Saturday only. The sale is a part of Amazon's Halloween sale promotions.

You'll need to install the Amazon App Store app on your Android device to download and use these apps. Some of the most notable apps worth grabbing include Plex, Fruit Ninja, Plants vs. Zombies, World of Goo, Zombie Gunship, Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode 1, amongst several others.

9. Creative Muvo 10 Portable Wireless Speaker
Amazon has further discounted the Creative Muvo 10 portable wireless speakers. These wireless speakers are now available for Rs. 3,254 (previously Rs. 4,999). Snapdeal and other websites are selling the same speakers for around Rs. 4,000. The Creative Muvo 10 features 3-inch full-range drives in an acoustic enclosure that promises to deliver a loud sound. These speakers come with a built-in rechargeable battery that can run for 8 hours on a single charge. Creative Muvo 10 also include NFC for easy pairing. The speakers also include a microphone, and therefore can be used to make and receive phone calls as well. They also come with a 3.5mm aux-in port, and Bluetooth connectivity options.

10. Clearance Sale On Home Theatre Systems
If you bought a big-screen TV this Diwali, grab a home theatre system to add to the experience. Snapdeal is running a clearance sale on home theatre systems, with discounts going as high as 35% on select systems. Snapdeal also has a great range of home theatre systems to choose from, so in case you don't even want to bother for a discount you should check out their range before buying online or even offline.

Some great deals from the Snapdeal clearance sale on home theatre systems includes the Philips HTD5550/94 5.1 home theatre system that's currently selling for Rs. 13,999 (regular Rs. 18,490), the Logitech Z906 5.1 speaker system for Rs. 19,999 (MRP Rs. 34,995), and the Philips HTB5580D/94 5.1 3D Blu-ray home theatre system for Rs. 25,999 (regular Rs. 30,000).
