The Infinix Note 5 offered good value for money when it was launched and even made its way to our list of the best budget phones of 2018. The formula was simple: a power-efficient MediaTek Helio P23 processor, clean stock Android, and a beautiful crisp display. This gave it an edge over its competitors.

Very Honest Review: I am MI fan. My whole family has MI phones. but now I lost interest in MI phones, nothing new, same design, hardware and ever month new launch, wtf. I bought the POCO F1 and returned it.( Rear Camera issue). But now someone takes a note and did actually what I wanted from a very long time. INFINIX now releases a actual note phone in a budget price range. I mean why you name a phone to be a 'note phone'?. This phone is awesome. INFINIX is the new boss. INFINIX Pros: -Rear Camera nice. -Front Camera also nice with flash. -Android One OS. -No stupid notch. -Lots of locking and unlocking features.(voice, face, fingerprint). -Performance. -Price. (If few more thousands for bigger hardware. I still bought it). -Screen Gaurd and Back Cover in the box. -And of course it has a genuine electronic STYLUS. Cons: ???? hmm.

For any teacher who is teaching online , this is a worth it phone which is easily compatible with all apps and in budget The pen works very smoothly without any hassles and time lag. Buy it without suspicion and u won't be disappointed Also depending on screen size you will not be able to write many things at one go but comparatively it is much better Very satisfied

Yes the title I have chosen for this review may seem to be a little too bold but I really would like to appreciate Infinix for what they have been able to achieve at this price point. PROS: 1.The X Pen(Stylus) - it is not as feature rich as Note 8 and above stylus but it more than good enough to get the job done. 2.Android One - Honestly 2 things really make a budget phone feel like a budget phonefirst is its build quality and next is the UI it is running and luckily it has stock android running on it and I have got regular security patch updates and it is running on Android 10 now and it had Oreo when it was launched and it may well get Android 11 as well but not sure of it. 3. Build Quality - It has got a really good build quality and has a metal back and feels sturdy in hand. 4. Battery - I would say its battery is very good and can easily last a day with screen brightness on full and without having the need to turn battery saver mode on. 5. Speaker- The speaker on this phone is quite loud and the output of sound is goodenough but it is loud. 6. FM - It has FM built in. 7. Back cover and screen protector is provided within the box which is good as during these times it is a difficult thing to go around looking for accessories. 8. Notification LED is available 9. Fast Charger is available out of the box and at the current price point that is great. CONS: 1. Display - Do not get the wrong idea the display is really good and bright enough but the thing is the display has these black bars around it which is actually the design issue as the phone has thin bezels around the sides but thick bezels on the top and bottom. 2. Camera - Camer is good but surely not great. The selfie cam is really good but the rear shooter could have been better. 3. Hybrid SIM Slot- It comes in one variant which is 64 GB and the phone is quite useful for carrying out productivity taks so it would have been better if they had given a dedicated SD card slot which actually Note 5 has so do not know why they omiited it from this model. FINAL VERDICT At the price it was launched i.e. around 16K I would say there are much better phones out there at that price point and if you are person who uses stylus then for a 1K more one could have considered LG Q sylus plus which is water proof and has a stronger military grade build as well. However at Rs 10999 I would say this is indeed the best phone to buy if you are not a gamer, For gamers I still believe Realme C3 is the best buy around Rs 10K. The phone delivers more than well in all the departments the processor is good enough for day to day tasks and with Android 10 gestures all though the phone is a little bulky it is easier touse with one hand. For those who love stock android phones either go for Note 5 from Infinix or this model you will not regret it.
