not worth the price & promotion
By Sunil Shalini | 21 Apr 2014
i was really impressed with the promotion & thought of trying this phone. i was one of the first to book it thru the direct website. first of all it took for ever to get this phone secondly i was very disappointed to see camera not working. i had to send it back in my expense. they replaced the phone (as if it was a big favor). the new handset have even bigger issues like screen freezing. anyways please think 15 times before buying this phone. there are better phone available for this price....

Not satisfied as expected !!
By Kashyap Mehta | 1 Jul 2014
Before buying this i was excited with its features and price. Its a budget phone but after using its not just a month and problems started. Battery problem was there as its battery was not working even for a day. But problem solved with service center but after few days Speaker was not working. Again given for service. iBerry is having good service but its not expected just within a month a new phone can have those many problems like a second-hand phone. Must go for any other Lava or Motorola Mobiles instead of this.

Never buy Iberry phones........
By Chetan Verma | 2 Aug 2014
Guys.... i am using Iberry Auxus Nuclea N2 phone. and trust me...... i wasted my 20,000/-This phone has issues from day one. --very low battery backup.--phone gets so heated up even while playing candy crush. i cannot even hold it. and it doesn't even allow me to use any app unless i leave it idle for 5-10 mins.--Phone randomly shuts down by itself.this was sent to service center 6 times in last 5 months. and all they are doing is, just re-installing the software. after 6 repairs, phone is still the same. i requested for replacement or full refund multiple times. but nothing was done.customer service people doesn't provide any name, phone number or email id to escalate the issue.it means...... i am screwed. i wasted my money, time and mental peace. I would suggest everyone to not to go for iberry products in future.
