best laptop those like 2 in 1 use, generally used for movies , browsing e.t.c. cool metallic body and fingerprint scanner is fast enough.

Excellent laptop. Slim, less weight, superb touch screen with pen. Battery backup is coming for 4 to 5 hours for normal usage.

Nice and Good looking Laptop, Light Weight, Slim and nice sleek screen. LAN Point is missing, otherwise everything is going well.

everything looks good but i have only battery issues and heating issues . if i am using high end softwares battery getting very low and laptop getting hot super hot 🤣🤣 styulus pen accuracy not that good.

battery backup is of maximum 2 hours, worst backup I have ever seen

Over heating

It is a nice product really. But, the packaging was not good enough for such valuable item. There appears to be a micro level gap between screen and panel. Reported to HP. After inspection, they say it was nothing to worry, it has been manufactured like this. On further insistence, they said that it will be kept under observation. I think HP shall rethink on this issue.

Got damaged piece, not at all working and it's registered 11 months back

Its only been 15 days since i bought.....os got crashed....system is slow....touch is unresponsive some times....it is only under 10 day return policy which i missed...now i regret buying this
