great product by Hitachi. super delivery by flipkart. but..........but the installation as scheduled by their partner wasn't smooth at all. zero communication. finally I had to book installation request by Hitachi itself and get it done.

Brilliant Buy with 9 months no cost Emi at Rs 26500 all inclusive. Product is nice and full of features. Wifi operations works well. A bit of lag in wifi operation but it works. Silent feature is too good. I sense works well. Outer unit a bit noisy as it's not inverter AC. Indoor unit is a beauty with brains. Overall a big billion purchase. I am happy with the product and services provided by Hitachi and Flipkart.

Just tested the unit but not used extensively because of winter. looks like 1.5/2T unit. very big compared to my 1T daikin unit in other bedroom. Hope it performs well. Received damaged filter. Waiting for changing the same. I trust Hitachi as I'm using window AC from last 10 years without any complaint or repair. Hoping to get same from this unit. Wifi connectivity not tested yet.

installation service not provided as described. installation being handed to some local technicians in the city . he was a rude person talking in very offensive language. flipkart customer care number not contactable since morning

the product is great but Flipkart services were disheartening... they delayed the installation so much that I had to get it installed on my own... and now they're saying that your warranty is void..!! i mean that's gross..🤨

flipkart says this product not required installation so this rating for this only.... other wise if u want to buy this product its so good but i m not satisfy for ur delivery service and installation service even u cant give it

Remote does not work properly. We need to off the AC manually due to malfunctioned remote problem. Hitachi customer service is worst. They don't respond to your issues. Never ever buy product from hitachi, their customer service kill your time.

The technicians charged Rs 2900. AC got installed yesterday only and you can see the images that the joint got broken within a few hours of the installation. What kind of engineers Flipkart is assigning??
