Nintendo E3 2018 Line Up May Have Fortnite, Fallout 3 Anniversary, Metroid Prime Renegade, and More

Highlights

  • A new F-Zero game may be at E3
  • We could see a new Fire Emblem game too
  • Other possibilities include Metroid Prime Renegade

It seems that the Nintendo E3 2018 line up may have been leaked. If true, expect announcements pertaining to Super Smash Bros for Nintendo Switch, Fortnite, Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee as well as some surprises in Metroid Prime Renegade (which may be Metroid Prime 4's official name), Fire Emblem Memories, Punch-Out Become the Champion, F-Zero SX, Yoshi's Flipping Island, and Fallout 3 Anniversary to name a few. Some of these games are already known to be in the works for the Nintendo Switch such as Super Smash Bros and the aforementioned Pokemon titles so they aren't unexpected. Others like Starfox Lylat System and F-Zero seem outlandish and should be taken with a massive truckload of salt.

That being said, the source of this rumour is none other than the same Redditor who leaked the existence of Fallout 76 hours before the official reveal from Bethesda. With the same source claiming Sunset Overdrive 2 would be at Microsoft's E3 2018 conference (unlikely given the company's hesitance to green light a sequel) there's enough of a reason to temper your expectations. Here's everything you could expect if true.

Nintendo E3 2018 leaks

  • Intro trailer featuring Dragon Ball Fighterz, FIFA 19, NBA 2K19, Crash Bandicoot N-Sane Trilogy, Octopath Traveller, Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus.
  • Super Smash Bros for Nintendo Switch (trailer, software demo, and tournament).
  • Punch-Out Become the Champion (trailer and software demo).
  • Metroid Prime Renegade (trailer and gameplay footage).
  • Splatoon 2 Octo expansion (trailer and software demo).
  • Fire Emblem Memories (trailer and gameplay footage).
  • Fallout 3 Anniversary (trailer and gameplay footage).
  • Yoshi's Flipping Island (trailer and software demo).
  • Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee (trailer).
  • F-Zero SX (trailer and gameplay footage).
  • Fortnite (trailer and gameplay footage).
  • Star Fox Lylat System (trailer and gameplay footage).

Before each E3 comes a host of rumour and speculation on what to expect. While some of it ends up being true, such as God of War's Norse setting made public before the official reveal, others such as a new Halo game have sadly been false. As we've said earlier, keep your expectations in check.
