Thanks for the perfect packaging. I was having doubt about warranty. Yes, I confirmed from the Dell care and they confirmed that my device has 1 year Dell Completercover coverage warranty. I like the product as its of my requirements.Pros:1. Really good battery back up. On continuous internet browsing and youtube video watching, 4-5 hours back up.2. Touch is very smooth, I like the 2-3 fingers functions.3. No heating problem.4. No unwanted sound of heat sink fan and etc etc.5. No hanging issue.Cons:Sound quality is low but that cannot be considered as cons as its a business purpose laptop.Display quality is okay okay.Overall good laptop in this price range.

The product is good, thanks to DELL. But,1. Warranty information is not updated in DELL even after 20 days and officially Dell doesn't support without having the warranty information updated by the seller.2. No response from the seller when queried about this!3. So, without warranty or any thing less than what is mentioned in the product description, we have no reason to buy4. Actually, we have more to buy, and we wanted to and tried with 1 No thankfully. Otherwise, we would have this problem for all the quantity purchased.5. With this experience, now I hate to purchase, at least items with warranty from OEMs, online.

This laptop was introduced in US as student series laptop and has 5th generation i3 processor 2 years back and is reintroduced in indian market with higher price in which you can get 7th generation i3 processor. Not worthy of the price.

My friend ordered this laptop last week based on my recommendation. Received product was not matching the specification. External storage device is not getting detected. As per specification HDD space should be 500gb and the received product had only 120gb.Total disappointment. Can't trust the seller.

Wrong product delivered

service support is very bad. they go on repairing the laptop but they wont provide any solution. never buy this laptop. i felt lot of trouble in repairing this laptop. dell service man are useless people they are go on experimenting on laptop.i am using this product from 6 months i called customer service 50 times they did not provide me any solution.laptop is very bad dont follow other reviews this is genuine review after using 6 months.
