Its performance is very good. I received it well packed and it has no defect. Maxxcom seller gives me a genuine laptop (Checked by dell service centre) and sellers gives me his contact details when I placed order for order related help. I read its review before place the order and someone write that it has Horrible and Irresponsive touchpad and Its WIFI is bad - I think he don't know how to use touchpad and strength of wifi is also good. It is the best laptop in this range for Gaming+Developer+student. I got free Mcafee antivirus CD (valadity - 15 months). And I also registerd for DELL Back to college offer and I got 2 year extra warranty and a Fastrack Voucher. Thanks MAXXCOM.

Very good performance. The speed and other performances are awesome. I love this product. The packing was very good. I recommend the seller should provide laptop bag with some additional cost.

I have been using this laptop for over a year now. The product is good for high-end users as it has a powerful processor with 16 gb ram and high resolution desplay. After updating to windows 10 and installing the required drivers the laptop works seamlessly. Only cons I find is its battery backup. Due to its high resolution display it drains the battery fast while watching videos. However other than for watching videos its battery performance is good.Rest all is perfect.

The Laptop is very Slim and Sleek Looking with many features missing. *- The Tech Specifications mentioned are theoretically awesome and when put in use, the laptop has worst performance and gets hanging frequently. *- The Laptop cannot connect to Wi-Fi even though in specified range and many other devices get connected. (My Very Old Laptop Inspiron 700m connects to Wi-Fi better and this new Inspiron 7000 is of waste and worst) *- The Irresponsive TouchPad irritates when doing some design work and sometimes feels like invisible on the screen and sometimes jumps too. *- The Fast Access is also not provided when you purchase. Pros: slim & sleek looking, good touch screen, backlit keyboard Cons: Fast Access not provided, Horrible & Irresponsive touchpad, worst wifi adaptor(max not working), small keyboard with many missing individual keys, battery is just average, bottom panel is fibre

I want to buy this laptop,but the items review is very bad the huge problem from battery.so please suggest me what i can do..

worst product ever

Worst experience ever don't ever think of buying this product. the laptop which had received by me had a battery issue so I replaced it with new one. The other one also had same issue. I think flipkart never opts for a quality check. There are willing to sell anything without even inspecting it

Either these guys sure know how to rotate the defective pieces among customers, or all these laptops are shipped with the manufacturing defect in the battery. Moreover, my issue resolution date keeps changing each day to "Tomorrow". Been 8 days now since I requested a replacement, and no technician has come for inspection and even no update on the replacement. This has been a terrible experience with Flipkart, and reading other people's reviews regarding the same issue with this product, fuels the anger even more. So much for 'quality checks' at their end.

Can't believe battery doesn't get charged in brand new machines. Replacement product had exactly the same issue. Both DELL and flipcart should stop selling this product until manufacturing defect is rectified

Worst experience..Don't buy laptops from Flipkart. Received the laptop with a damaged battery and on calling Flipkart they ask me to wait for 5 days so that a technician can come and check..Why don't they get it checked before shipping. Now my money is blocked and I can't even buy a new laptop from store.

This laptop is having issue with the power/ battery, flipkart doesn't even taken care of the quality of the product before shipping. Worst packaging by the team the entire carton box was crushed like anything and even the brand box is also damaged. After getting technical support from the brand the issue was confirmed, but flipkart didnt take any refund request immediately after a big long quarrel with all the telephonic agents return was arranged, but still as committed the product was not picked up on time as committed. A delay was given to pick up the product from my end, worst E shopping experience with flipkart every time there will be an issue with these people so no more flipkart
