HIGHLY DEFECTIVE LAPTOP.Ever since I purchased few months back I have had to replace LCD, mother board and the issues with the laptop is not resolved. I regret ever purchasing a Dell product.PRODUCT IS FAULTY AT THE DESIGN LEVEL. CUSTOMER CARE SAID THEY NEED TO GET BACK TO THE DESIGN TEAM TO RESOLVE.Please spare the pain and go in for HP, MS or Apple.

There are charger and battery issues, that have started creeping in in just 3 months

I bought two of these to replace two Dell Inspiron 15 laptops that are five years old. Never had any problems with either of them but I wanted to upgrade to Windows 10 and deploy the two older laptops to the kids. Very good quality and very dependable.

Awesome laptop, no heating issues, except while playing high end games with good graphics. Mouse pad sensitivity is superb. Supports multitasking without lag.Got 2 year warranty from store while i bought this laptop.Also dell service is good.

The best deal was available for this product nd also a power packed confi...a great product...gt it for 56k..

I got one from US . It has an Additional Intel Real Sense Camera . Anyways its an awesome laptop. can play latest games at low settings like watch dogs 2 , etc ...

It is one of the best laptop in this price range.... If u have a budget like this go for it....well i got it for 51k its working smoothly...

Don't listen to other people if you want performance, speed, and an all in one laptop. This is definitely the place you should be. I, being a windows user, would choose this over any other laptop you show me. Icing on the cake, the keyboard is backlit.

Great laptop with good design and slim. And superb battery backup.

Awesome laptop. Performance is very good. Just uninstall mcafee and install eset or some other antivirus which uses low RAM.I had the laptop which had windows 10 and works pretty good. Don't expct gaming from it. It's a decent choice for students.I later installed Fedora on it and it works like a charm.With fedora i get around 6-7 hours of battery backup which is excellent. I installed tlp.The keyboard is heavenly. The sound is good for me. It has wave maxx audio. It pretty good.Display is okay. It doesn't put pressure on eyes. I can work for hours.It a good product when compared with the price. With win10 i bought it for 35k.

Using from last 1 month. No issue, Got two extra things: one is Ubuntu installed and second one is one McAfee registration for 18 month antivirus.Using windows 10 and defender so haven't checked McAfee registration. One more thing while changing OS please enable ports or install using CD/DVD because ports were disabled initially and Ubuntu supports that so i wasn't aware and wasted 1 day.
