Great product. No complaint . If there are any problem, Daikin customer service is always available and easily resolve issue in minimum time.

Model : AKTL50TVAll the diakin models for configuration 1.5 ton, 3 star invertersplit AC will perform the same feature of cooling and being energy efficient.Different series under this configuration have 2-3 different features e.g In one a 0.1 mm filter is there while in the other 2.5 mm filter is applied. Rest all the operations would be more or less the same. You can check the details on diakin website for the respective broucher.Got the product at 32K/- from amazon post a 2K/- amazon cashback.Installation was smooth and I was charged 500/- for the same.The bracket for the outer unit was provided by me.There were two team involved in Installation. One from Amazon got this installed and the one from Diakin got the screenshot of the bill to provide the 3 installations at 6 months interval.This ac is better than Hitachi's with same configuration in terms of the refrigerant which is R32 in diakin and R410A in Hitachi.

Daikin is the best product across the country todayUnfortunately if people dont service on time and read the dos n donts. And product catalogue the product is bound to mot functionI have Voltas Hitachi Carrier and Daikin , Daikin by far in cooilng and quality surpasses the others

I purchased it through Amazon last month (Feb), and it is performing really good. Delivery, packing and installation all went in smoother. I got the installation service at free of cost, this AC is really doing good, less noise. I like mostly the "Power Chill" operation which makes your room cooler in a short time.Cons:1. It is not having variable swing options. You can either swing on or off.2. No horizontal flip option

Value for Money, other option is Hitachi, Already had that installed last year so wanted to try this.Go fo it but within 40K.

Bought it under Amazon sale , nice unit..very quiet.. Still have to see how much money I save on the bills though... But till now it sounds like a very good buy

Nice ac

Product is good, giving nice cooling. But the services of installation is very poor. The persons are not professional. In my case water was leaking inside the room. I request amazon to send some good professionals to solve the issue immidiately. Customer care suggested to contact daikin customer care and provided me their no. I registered my complain to daikin service center , immediately I got response. Same day visit materlised and issue solved. Thanx daikin. Just I suggest not to engage such unprofessional employee to install the A.C. They do temporary work and spoilling such a brand name DAIKIN.I am very happy with this product, amazon and Daikin service now.

Value for money

Prompt service by Amazon. Been using this product for the last 3 months. The compressor unit is very silent and it colls down a room of size 380sq.ft in less than 10 mins. Very happy with the product. Remote could have been better. Since there is display on the indoor unit, we at least expected display light on the remote. Otherwise, a quality product. Kudos Daikin!
