Amazing product ...Worth for money (bought it for Rs.33990)... Outdoor unit bit bigger than other manufacturers... Superb cooling effect even when we fix the AC temp @ 23 or 24...Wiith in few minutes , our 10 X 14 room gets chilled ... Feel the best with this purchase.. Only issue was with carrier installation team as they demanded for standard installation charges, later when communicated to amazon customer care, the installation charges issue got fixed and they have done std installation for free...So far So good... Thank you amazon...

Excellent AC and Super Fast Delivery by Amazon.I was lookinh for an AC which is 1.5 ton copper coiled along with 5 Star Energy Rating!I went into multiple stores but none of them were able to provide me an AC with all the features in Decent price!I got it in 31k in an offer price! Very happy with the product and cooling is super fast!

Dimension of the outlet is 1022*767*464(L*H*B) millimeters, when translated to feet comes to 3.4*2.5*1.39 ft. So keep this aspect in mind, rest I went for carrier?s record before rating it 5stars.Added picture of unpacked item for reference.More feedback to come on cooling/performance. And I hope not to reduce the ratings.

GOOD AC

Used it now for 3 months. No issues with cooling and the overall functionality. Only compliant is that the compressor is way too big in comparison to the compressors of the other ACs. For some it might not be an issue at all. Will update the review after using it in the summer.

nice product but pathetic installation from carrier agent took too long and was unsure how to go about while installing. AC is really nice outdoor unit is big like a jet engine too good would recommend it provided they send u a good agents to fit the product. I would have given it a 5star rating had it not been for the installation experience

It is an excellent product within this price range except some time its internal unit creates sound.

Cooling is amazing u will have to pay for fitting which costed me 2350 along with stand.Same day installation.But the condenser is too huge its like very big thats the only flaw.

Value for money... outdoor unit ia quite big that is the season cooling is excellent , very much satisfied with the Carrier 1.5 ton AC

Product is good, cooling is good but takes some time to cool my 10*15 hall but otherwise satisfactory. Like other has said, do keep in mind the size of outdoor units, I have to finally install the outdoor unit at an undesired place as it cannot fit in standard AC unit spot in my flat.This comes with 3m copper wire but you have to pay extra if you need more wire and for the stand.

AC is good but It's outdoor is so big, it is not suitable for small family.

The outdoor unit of the Airconditioner is abnormally big in size. I realized when mechanic came for installation. The size of outdoor should be specified in the product details.

Ordered this AC on January sale considering the Carrier brand name. The product delivered on time, but Installation was scheduled 3 days ahead. So I had it installed on my own. The AC is overall working fine, but Swing feature is not working for Left/Right direction operations from Day 1. So I had to call Carrier guy for issue on day one which is not at all expected from a brand like Carrier.

Not having desired cooling effect

Had a lot of hopes on this based on the brand reputation but disappointed at the end. Starting from the delivery, installation and functioning everything with this unit has been a problem.The systems lacks basic features like swing because of which we cannot run it for long time. This was supposed to be a 5 star but the power bill tells a different story. We bought another a.c for our second room, Lloyds brand and that came for a far better deal. Of course, it is working well and provides cooling faster than this Carrier a.c.Utterly disappointed with Carrier on this one.

Not proper cooling although gas pressure and all checked....my other voltas 1 ton ac are far better then this one....dont go on the name of carrier....
